MA3 & MA4 is full. Based on how we have 6 pools laid out, we cannot expand these two divisions anymore. So, if you really want to play, sign up in MA2 AND get on the MA3 and/or MA4. I have looked at draft tee times over and over, and the current division limits for these two divisions are set unless a significant overhaul is made to most of the divisions. Still reviewing, but not looking good to add any more MA3 or MA4 spots.

Thanks for the consistent communication!

MP60 players - Regarding the Longs versus Shorts survey, at this time 58% have "voted", and the score is 27% long and 73% short.

Make it so number one.

Chelsi Taylor    February 9 at 6:51am

If there are only 4 players in a division, would they all play on the final day?

Jeff Jacquart   February 12 at 1:44am

No. Only 40%.

Chelsi Taylor   February 12 at 4:23am

40% of 4 is only 1 player unless you round up top 2 but that would be 50%

Chelsi Taylor   February 12 at 4:40am

Sorry I'm just trying to figure it out :) thank you!

I had to withdraw unfortunately, how long before the refund will hit my paypal

Refund issued, excluding a $10 handling fee. Not sure how long PayPal takes, but assume it should be quick,

The LVC family, with immeasurable support from Innova, continues to gear up for this year’s Las Vegas Challenge! Regardless of current affairs for many other top-notch disc golf events, we and our partners are still here with love for the game, the sport, and the spirit of disc golf. Instead of increasing prices for spectators, the decision was made to not charge for spectating! Of course, we will offer the Platinum VIP or Full-Event spectator experience for a fee (both of which include ... more

Jeff, i looked throughout my entire Junk folder and inbox and I do not have an email from you. I would really like to vote on this!

Jeff Jacquart   February 6 at 6:11pm

Mike - Email me your vote to [email redacted], and I can cross-reference that email to what is in DGS.

Jeff Jacquart   February 6 at 6:12pm

Mike - Nevermind, this only applies to MP60, not MA60. All Ams except MA1 are playing shorts.

keith johnson    January 30 at 3:04am

Jeff,
Are you still entertaining the idea to ask the MP60 about long or short pads or are you waiting until all 48 spots are sold?

Jeff Jacquart   January 30 at 1:57pm

Will send out the survey soon.

keith johnson   January 31 at 4:14am

Looking forward to it. And no matter how it turns out I appreciate everything you do for disc golfers Jeff!

Phil Shane   February 4 at 5:22pm

As do I Keith, thank you Jeff for all you do.!!!!!

Jeff Jacquart    January 30 at 1:38am

The division limits on the disc golf scene registration page for the LVC have been adjusted again based on demand.

The MA2 division has been moved BACK to the C Pool from the F Pool (and still tee around mid-day).

The MP50 division has been moved from the D Pool to the A Pool (and still tee around mid-day).

Neither of these Pool changes alters which course the division was assigned to play, but does change which days they play them.

As allowed by the new PDGA policy, the FA70 & ... more

If a division fills, get on the waitlist because we will be adjusting the divisions at least 3 times! You can also get on a waitlist and sign up for another division.

I noticed a huge decrease in spot for Ma1 and Ma2 this year. Will more spots become available or is this the cap? It looks like 50% less players will be in attendance in those two divisions alone.

Dylan Bosworth   January 17 at 3:56pm

They are only allowed to open a certain percentage of spots for early registration spots. Once registration is fully open more spots will be added in.

Jeremiah Hayden   January 18 at 12:34am

Oh cool…. Last year was so awesome with all the other players so I was just curious. Can’t wait!!! Thanks for the info.

chris senador    January 13 at 3:15am

You have my PDGA listed as 24699. It should be 34699. Can you correct so that I may register?

Jeff Jacquart   January 13 at 3:40am

Fixed.

Rich Lang    January 7 at 5:59pm

Is there a cut for the Sunday round, or will AMs get a full four rounds of play? Thank you!

Jeff Jacquart   January 8 at 2:19am

All divisions have a 40% cut.

Eric Graff    January 4 at 4:04am

Jeff, I will be adding a players name to my 250 ring entry early (mon -tues) next week.
Can I send the name to you and you add the invite or do I modify my entry.
Also, do I send the logo to you for the ring sponsor signage.

Jeff Jacquart   January 4 at 11:50am

Yes, send me the player’s name, pdga number, and division. Also send a logo as a jpeg, tiff, or png. Everything to [email redacted]

Timothy Scholle    January 4 at 3:02am

If you sponsor a tee sign, is that only letting one player from that sponsor to play? We have 3 players that would want to play. 2 MPO and 1 MA4

Jeff Jacquart   January 4 at 3:11am

Yes. $100 sign sponsorship is for one player to register a week early, starting next Friday night. Tonight started the $250 sponsorship for 2 people to register early.

Mike Hughes    December 24 at 3:23am

Hi Jeff, I know info says trophy only for ams, but I was wondering if there is any player pack planned? Thanks!

Jeff Jacquart   December 24 at 3:42am

Yes. The LVC players pack is known for being huge.

Mike Hughes   December 26 at 2:29pm

Thanks Jeff, I appreciate it!

keith johnson    December 5 at 1:47am

Jeff,
Is the players registration of 500 or 250 dates include sponsorship of all the courses as in the past or are you doing something different this year?

Jeff Jacquart   December 5 at 2:07am

Same as prior years,

Jeff Jacquart   December 5 at 3:18pm

It is listed on Flier #5, which we will get up on our website soon.

keith johnson   December 5 at 7:39pm

Thanks Jeff. I’ll be in to sponsor all 3 courses during ring of fire tier!

eric hoerske    December 4 at 11:19pm

I have a hard time finding the rating limits for each division

Jeff Jacquart   December 5 at 3:19pm

Eric - Does this address your question? TD's must adhered to the PDGA standards unless they get a waiver.

Joshua Johnson    December 4 at 11:18pm

It seems unfair when it comes to early registration for the age protected divisions. There are very few MP40, MP50, and MP60's that qualify for early registration based on the 1025+ and 1000+ standard. Is this something that can change in the future?

So, after some analysis, we are using tier III of the PDGA's 2025 Pro Worlds registration tier (1000/890) and 10 points less of their tier IV registration tier (980/865). The PDGA's 2024 tiers were 1020/930, 1000/910, & 980/890. The PDGA's 2025 tiers will be 1020/930, 1010/910, 1000/890, 990/875.

Harvey Brandt   December 6 at 2:28am

And there are certainly going to be a whole lot of MPO70+ players with ratings over those numbers!

Dan Laitsch   December 13 at 4:36am

Two in the world qualify in MP60...wish I was one (practice, practice practice!). :)
