About this tournament
2025 Chain Rattlers club membership is now active!
Why join the club? Not only are you recommitting to the awesome camaraderie that is our club, and supporting the club financially so we can maintain our courses and equipment, but there are many personal perks for you!
Here are just some of them:
- Every member receives a standard 2025 club jersey shirt (more info below)
- $5 off your next PDGA annual registration fee (more info to come)
- Discounts on chip/gift card trade-ins (more info below)
- Priority registration (1 week early) for our club-sponsored tournaments like the Wildcat Classic, Battle at Memorial 8, United Way Discs for a Difference, and the Huntington County Open.
- Eligibility to compete in the end-of-season HCDGC club championship series (not be confused with the Indiana Inter-Club Challenge)
At our weekly Tuesday night RDD rounds (starting April 15, 2025)
- The Ace Pot is $100 ($50 for non-members)
- CTP premium discs for members
- CTP's for members-only
This year we are shifting the chips/reward structure for Tuesday night Random Draw Doubles. When you pay your $4 fee ($1 extra for ace pot), you will receive a 2-point club chip in exchange. This year, instead of the club carrying a regular disc/accessories stock, players will be able to trade in their chips for gift cards to various retailers in Huntington and the surrounding area (TCB Games, Circle Disc Golf, Ace Hardware, Juergens, various restaurants, gas stations, etc.). BUT MEMBERS will receive regular discounts with respect to how many points they must trade in for a gift card.
What about your old club chips? Please note that all club chips from the 2024 season and earlier must be redeemed for any of the remaining club stock by May 27, 2025, after which all old chips will be considered expired.
Note about Club Jersey Shirts: As always, the club membership registration fee covers the jersey with the club graphic on the front and back. Members can elect to have their name on the back and their PDGA # on the right arm for an extra $5 each. Please note that 2XL and 3XL sizes cost an additional $5.
