About this tournament
2 rounds of play
The Handeye Supply Classic is a B-tier event for Professional and Amateur players. Participants will play two 18-hole rounds: one round at Jones West and one round at Jones East.

PLAYER CHECK-IN
Players will check in at the tournament central (near the playground/bathrooms by West, behind East Hole 13s basket) between 7:15 AM and 8:30 AM. There will be a player meeting at your assigned course at 8:45 AM.

COURSE ASSIGNMENTS + POOLS
The 180-person field will be split into 90-person pools. Each pool will play one of the courses in the morning and the opposite in the afternoon. Pool, course, and hole assignments will become available closer to the event date.
SCORING
We are using the PDGA digital scoring platform. After each hole, each player must keep an independent scorecard recording the scores for the entire group. A player who refuses to keep a score may be subject to disqualification. https://www.pdga.com/rules/official-rules-disc-golf/808
PAYOUT + AWARDS
We will follow PDGA standards for payouts. The am payout will be to dynamicdiscs.com, and the pros will be paid out via PayPal. Rec and Junior Divisions play for trophies only and receive a player pack of equal retail value to their registration fee.

Refund policy
Competitors must make official withdrawals to [email redacted] or submit them through Disc Golf Scene using the "withdraw" option. Entering refund requests in the Disc Golf Scene comment section and inbox is insufficient for withdrawal.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the registration closing date will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.
Participants canceling less than seven days before the registration closing date will receive a refund in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee.
Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player's spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the close of registration but more than 24 hours before the start of play, that player will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event before the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don't play (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player's pack.
