Round 2 will begin at 12:30. Please plan on being back to the course by 12:15 to get everyone in their carts and to their starting holes. Starting holes have been updated for Round 2.

Sounds like a sensational Saturday in Colton! Best of luck to all participants. Maybe I’ll sneak by Friday night for some laughs and libations. Do you know if the course would be open for disc golf play Friday afternoon?

According to their website, they have night golf on Fridays. I always recommend calling the clubhouse to confirm. Most of us will be at Whispering Lakes on Friday night for a disc golf event we are hosting there.

Hi Alex. As of right now, the tournament is full and there are several players on the waitlist. However, you can still sponsor the event if you would like to have a way to get a name out for you or a brand. If I am on the Waitlist for the 1st spot, would I be able to show up before the tournament begins to see if anyone drops out? It would be awesome for Hailey Fitzgerald to play as well (she is #2 on the Waitlist).

Hey Randall. If you came to the event and someone was a no-show, then yes, you would have the first opportunity to have the open spot.

Good morning, nieces and nephews!
We are a little over a week away from the return of the Colton Open, supported by Innova Disc Golf.
Josh and I are very excited to be bringing this event back and to see you all next Saturday.
We'll be posting the hole assignments and emailing the caddy book next week, so keep your eyes open for both of those updates.

It will be out before March 8, which gives you the weekend before the event and the week of to practice the layout.

The only way for players to be promoted from the wait-list is for players to drop out. It's impossible to know who, if anyone will drop out.

You may have a caddy with you, but they or you will have to walk the course. We only have enough golf carts for the four players per card of four.

Could I sign up for MA4 right now before spots fill up then change to MA3 and still get my players pack if my rating goes up making me go to MA3?

Yes. If you are registered for a division and your rating forces you to move up, I will move you to the proper division. All amateur divisions get the same player pack options.

If any pro players would like to order a tournament stamped disc or any amateur players would like additional discs, reach out to me or Nate. They are $25 each. Molds are Destroyers or Mambas in the Halo Champion Plastic. Weight options are 149-159, 160-164, 165-169, 170-172, and 173-175 (max). Let us know which mold, weight, and how many you would like.

Is today early registration for sponsors only? I tried to sign up, but the system would only let me register with hole sponsorship.

Yes, that's correct. Open registration will be next Friday, 12/13.
It is all one wait-list for every division, so if a player drops from any division, the first person on the wait-list gets promoted.
