About this tournament
We are excited to open 2025 with our opening PDGA Event the Big Foot Team Qualifier! This is a 2 Round C-Tier PDGA Sanctioned Tournament whereby players have the opportunity to qualify to the 2025 BigFoot Forest Team!
Qualification
The top 2 players in every division (min 5 players per division) will be invited to the BigFoot Forest Team. Subject to social media guidelines, PDGA Status, and player acceptance of Team BigFoot Contract. Note: If a division has 3 or 4 players or then the top player qualifies, divisions with 2 players or less will be consolidated to the next closest division.

All Divisions will play two (2) rounds of 18 holes.
Event Layout
The morning round will be played on the West Course for All Divisions. The Final Round will be played on the East Course for All Divisions. The same tees and pins will be in play for all Divisions.
BigFoot Team Ratings Cutoff
For this event we will abide by the PDGA Divisions and Ratings standards however for BigFoot Team Qualification purposes, the following ratings cutoff will be used. Ratings as of 12/31/2024 will be used for these purposes.
MA1 - 916+
MA2 - 876-915
MA3 - 835-875
MA4 - <834

This event will not feature a player pack, however, if you signup by Jan 3rd at Noon, you will receive a Bonus Long Sleeve BigFoot Shirt!

Refund policy
2025 BigFoot Tour Series Event Cancellation Policy
Players MUST email their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Entering refund requests in the Disc Golf Scene Comments section is not sufficient for withdrawal.

Players who have paid more than a nominal waitlist fee of $10 to be on an event’s waitlist who do not get into the event, or who officially request to withdraw from the waitlist prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended), will receive a 100% monetary refund of that waitlist fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
Weather Cancellation Policy
OFFICIAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
If poor weather/road conditions are present, modifications to the tournament may be taking place, (an example would be eliminating the morning round and playing the afternoon round only). Additionally, if conditions are challenging the event, we will look to reschedule the tournament. In accordance with PDGA Rule 1.07, if rescheduling is impossible and/or players are unable to participate, a full refund will be issued minus player’s package, PDGA, and other associated event fees.
Ultimately player safety is paramount!!!
