Hello! I'm relatively new to tournaments, this is my first time to make the World's invitation list, so please bear with me. I'm waitlisted for MA60. Registration closes on May 28th, however all of the divisions are full. Is it correct to assume that there will be no further adjustment to division caps between now and May 28th?

Last year, I dedicated myself to meeting the qualifications for the Disc Golf Amateur Masters World Championship this year. I played in a variety of challenging conditions, continuously working to improve my game and earn the necessary points for an invitation. On registration day, I made sure to be fully prepared-- logging in early, pre-filling my information, and having my payment method ready. As a result, I successfully registered and now have the chance to check off a bucket list item. I'm curious about the player pack items that may be included, as I want to plan what to bring and what to leave behind.

So mosquito repellents. Coming from a country where mosquitos don't exist, I was wondering if you use and what you use as mosquito repellent.
According to images from the courses there is water close to or a part of the courses so there must be some mosquitos buzzing around and I don't like to be part of their diet.
Other than mosquito repellent, is there some other nessesities that should be in the bag or I should have available during the stay in the Twin cities area?
Appreciate any suggestions.

I had two (2) browsers open like buying concert tickets, unfortunately the website was preloaded for MA40 by default, I did not notice this error and signed up, confirmation email received! then I saw the mistake, saw the option, and switched to MA50, and then put on the waitlist #21 for MA50, you’re in, then you’re out, all of this was in 90 seconds, I don’t know what would happen when I made the switch ?, emails and PM sent, but I doubt anyone can do anything about it, coming from Oregon, already booked my airfare, hotel, and car rental, and paid for my friend from Oregon to go and caddie for me, now I am not even playing, and I don’t want to take the trip to Minnesota if seven (7) of the best courses are shut down for the tournament, if I wait too long and risk coming off the waitlist, then nothing can be refunded for airfare, hotel, etc., fun decisions

Will we be automatically reimbursed if kept on the Waitlist, or do we need to withdraw from the tournament before it starts for reimbursement if we're left on the Waitlist? Thanks for all the effor ... show more ›

All of the MA40 players on the waitlist put in a lot of time and effort to qualify for this tournament. It is a big commitment to take time off of work and family to travel and play in this tournament. PLEASE, PLEASE expand the field to allow the waitlist players, who have put up the money, into the field so we can secure travel and life arrangements to play! We Want to Play!!!

With all due respect Steve Bishop my injuries have made my player rating drop for those last 20 years and I certainly during that time made far less money than some amateurs who sold the merch that they have won. Or still others that have player rating that should encourage them to move up but they don't. I just want to compete and its not like I have won every tournament that I have entered since being classified. That's not the case.
