Do we have to do anything special to have a caddie? Does he need to register in any way

Robert Leonard   September 16 at 1:36am

No. You will get a bib for them at check in

Roger " PhotoGuy " Tranowski    September 15 at 11:27pm

Are Cedar Hill and Jones White cart friendly or would it be easier carrying a bag for someone with balance issues ? If they are , Is there anyone in the area that's not using their Zuca cart and maybe I can rent it for tournament ?

Robert Leonard   September 16 at 12:22am

Both have a few tricky spots, but overall good cart courses.

Roger " PhotoGuy " Tranowski   September 16 at 12:15pm

Thanks

Robert Leonard    September 15 at 9:47pm

I found a Discmania mid / putter on 7 at buckhorn today. No name. Tell me the color and stamp and I’ll have it for you at check in.

David Wilson    September 15 at 2:23am

If we check in early morning on Wednesday, do we need to stay for the players meeting that evening?

David Wilson   September 17 at 10:18am

Does anyone know who to get in contact with for this? I also sent in an email to PDGA events but haven’t received a response.

Wayne Dockery    September 14 at 9:53pm

When will we get access to caddy bibs?

Robert Leonard   September 15 at 12:01am

Caddie bibs will be provided for you at check in.

Sherry Herzog    September 14 at 6:23pm

Not sure if it’s been posted already, but when are courses closed for player practices?

We are aware and have contacted the parks regarding this.

Matt Hagen   September 17 at 5:27pm

Can I get clarification? Closed to the public, but players can still practice in those 3 days, correct?

Robert Leonard   September 18 at 1:27am

correct. they are closed so you can practice.

Matthew Blakely    September 13 at 9:42pm

Are the courses cart friendly? Buckhorn, and Diavolo?

Robert Leonard   September 14 at 12:12am

absolutely.

Robert Leonard    September 13 at 9:39pm

**BUCKHORN UPDATE**

The course, due to heavy rain today, will remain closed on Saturday to allow park staff to apply gravel in muddy areas.

The course will open to TSUSM players only on Sunday and will remain closed to the public for the duration of the tournament (9/23).

All 3 other tournament courses are available.

We appreciate your patience.

Can I add my wife for Wednesday players meeting dinner? I can’t edit my registration.

Robert Leonard   September 13 at 8:11pm

Sorry we are sold out

stu katz    September 13 at 4:02pm

Can I have someone pick up my player pack on Wednesday? I was not planning on coming on Wednesday. Thank you

Robert Leonard   September 13 at 4:18pm

No, this is not allowed.

stu katz   September 13 at 5:00pm

Ok. What is the latest I can pick up / sign in on Wednesday and where? I cannot get to the area before 6 - 6:30. Thank you

Robert Leonard   September 16 at 6:33pm

there is late check in at the Zinchouse where the player meeting is

Jamie Rockefeller    September 13 at 10:43am

For the Players Party on Sept 18. I believe partners are welcome to join players. Also there may have been an option to pay extra for the dinner for them.

I cannot find a way to confirm my selections in discgolfscene. Looking for confirmation that my wife can come and that I did pay for her.

If I did not pay, can I add her?
Please and Thank you

I would like to add someone also, a vegan/vegetarian option for her. Let me know what you need.

Robert Leonard   September 13 at 1:08pm

Sorry, we can’t add vegan food as that has already been ordered

Dan Bayless   September 13 at 4:42pm

Ok, I'd still like to add one.

Jeremy Mount    September 12 at 3:09pm

Is Buckhorn available to play? Udisc has it closed for renovations still

Robert Leonard   September 12 at 9:51pm

Still closed. we will udpate when available.

Dave Anderson    September 12 at 10:09am

It shows there are 14 spots open for Course Group E. Is there any chance you will open more slots on MA60 to allow wait list people to play?

Andrew Sweeton   September 12 at 10:53am

No,the pool already has it's full compliment of playing groups, the space you see is just from cards of less than 4 players.

E Merry    September 11 at 11:15pm

Mother nature does like the Master events this year

Mark Hill    September 11 at 3:26pm

If we’re not able to get to town in time to practice all our courses before competition begins, will the courses be open in the evenings for practice once all groups are done playing their tournament rounds for the day?

Robert Leonard   September 11 at 4:07pm

Courses are open as long as the park is. Parks close at dark.

Patrick Graziani   September 11 at 4:20pm

Another note, courses will not be open for practice until all sanctioned play has concluded each day. You will need to wait for the final putt to drop on hole 18 before being able to practice.

Mark Hill   September 11 at 8:45pm

Thanks Gentlemen!!

Katarina Cochran    September 11 at 12:42pm

The schedule says Jones Blue and Jones White, yet there is just one caddie book...what am I missing?

I see, thank you!

Trace Brazil   September 13 at 1:01pm

So Robert - For my clarification, although it says MA60 throws Jones White - we tee from all Blue locations except hole 18?

Robert Leonard   September 13 at 1:08pm

Please see the layout chart on the caddie book link.

keith johnson    September 10 at 10:28pm

Now that the pools are rearranged why are MA60&65 still on the waitlist?
Hoping to see my pal Swami playing!

No DZ on 9 at Buckhorn. The limbs on 16 at Diavolo at the DZ were cut this weekend.

Carles Helmandollar   September 23 at 10:33am

Hey Robert how can I purchase discs with the CADL LOGO? I received one in players pack and loved it.

Jerry Grand    September 10 at 8:47pm

The course schedule says Player Checkin 9am-3pm on Wed Sep 18 "@Herb Young".
Is Herb Young the Herbert C. Young Community Center, 101 Wilkinson Ave, Cary, NC 27513?
thx jg

Robert Leonard   September 10 at 9:01pm

yes.

David Wilson   September 10 at 9:24pm

If checked in during the morning, is the players meeting and banquet mandatory? Trying to plan accordingly since I’ll be driving from out of town.

Benjamin Andrew Wiese    September 10 at 7:02pm

Traveling from out of state. Late check in says 6pm. If I hit traffic and get there later than 6pm is that a problem?

Andrew Sweeton   September 10 at 7:10pm

The biggest issue is doing Identity Verification and collecting your player pack. If there is any chance you can't make check-in, be sure to take care of Identity Verification now. You can do that here: https://www.pdga.com/policy/identity-verification As far as the player pack goes, you'd have to inquire where you can collect that. Not sure when they will know that.

Robert Leonard   September 10 at 9:01pm

We will have staff on site that can do check in past 6PM.

Benjamin Andrew Wiese   September 11 at 12:44pm

Thank you!
