All Pro Divisions Entry Fee: $150
All Amateur Divisions Entry Fee: $125
All pro and amateur divisions to play one round of 18 holes each day of competition on tee times.
$6,500 added cash toward Pro Divisions
-a minimum of $2,000 of added cash to be allocated towards women's professional divisions
$10 from each player entry fee will go towards event fees:
• $4 PDGA Per Player Fee
• $3 Greens Fee
• $3 Bathroom Rental Fee
$70 from each Amateur entry fee will go towards a player pack valued at or greater than $200 to include:
-Max Disctance CF16.5 Retriever
-Custom Stamped Discraft Disc featuring 2023 SCSO division winners
-Dirty Birdie Bundle (custom stamped metal mini, waffle towel, and Bird Sauce)
-$20 Disc Gauntlet Voucher
-Fully Sublimated Event Jersey
All amateur women will receive the PDGA Women's Global Event player pack in addition to the event player pack.

Refund policy
Cancellations made on or before April 17, 2024 will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 processing fee.
Cancellations made from April 18 through May 2, 2024 will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event on or after May 3, 2024 will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% monetary refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event before the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player who receives NO refund.
To withdraw from the event a player MUST provide an emailed request to [email redacted] or submit through Disc Golf Scene. No other notifications of withdrawal will be accepted.
