2024 Spring Runoff will be a 3-day B-tier tournament (one round per day), which will utilize Nicholas Sheran Park and Aperture Park courses. This will be a participating Women's Global Event and Canadian Women's Event, and will offer all available FP, FA and FJ divisions. Registrants in these divisions will receive an extra player pack (WGE) at no additional cost, and their first 2 rounds will count toward the global standings of players around the world.

2024 Spring Runoff will be a participating event of the newly formed series, "The Cold Garden Cup".

A pool: two rounds at Nicholas Sheran Park and one round at Aperture Park.
B pool: two rounds at Aperture Park and one round at Nicholas Sheran Park.

AMATEURS

The amateur portion of this tournament will be a "true amateur event", as defined by the PDGA. Trophies will be awarded to top finishers in each division, and all amateur players will receive player packs equal in value to 100%+ of their net registration fee! PROS

Pro cash payments will be sent following the tournament by PayPal. Minimum $2000 added cash.

There will be no players meetings. All information will be sent to players via email prior to the tournament. Please ensure you are at your starting hole, at the correct course, at least 2 minutes prior to the shotgun start.

Vendors and silent auction will be set up at tournament headquarters, at Nicholas Sheran Park, starting 3pm on Friday.

Player pack pick up will run 3-8pm on Friday. Pro players are not required to check in.

Long drive competition will take place at Nicholas Sheran Park on Sunday at 6pm.

Putting competition will take place at Nicholas Sheran Park. Drop in Saturday or Sunday between 9am and 4pm to compete.

There is one tournament ace pot, and the ace pot will be split equally among everyone who hits an ace during the tournament, and has paid into the ace pot. If no aces are hit, we will do a draw for 1/2 the ace pot following the tournament, for those who paid in, and the other half will go to the LDGA to be put toward course improvements or future events.

Divisions with fewer than 4 players may be collapsed with the exceptions of all FP, FA, FJ, MA/MP70 and MA/MP80.

Pass-through fees will include $3/player PDGA fee and a $2/player bathroom fee (portable toilet rentals).

BEER GARDENS - Nicholas Sheran

The beer gardens open at 10am until the end of play on all days of tournament play. They will be selling Cold Garden beers and hard iced tea, as well as a non-alcoholic beer from Tuesday brewing. There will be a portable POS system so they will accept credit, debit, and cash.
