About this tournament

Tradewinds and Quiet Waters Courses will be in play this year.

A-Tier. 3 Days. 1 round per day. Tee Times.
A-Tier Participants MUST have a Current PDGA Membership.

Pool Assignments:
A-Pool: All PRO, MA1, FA1, MA40
B-Pool: Remaining AMs
Division pools are subject to change based on registration numbers. Final adjustments would be made no later than Nov 25, 2024.

Division Pools and caps will reevaluated and adjusted Oct 4, Oct 25, and Nov 25, with final adjustments made no later than Nov 25th.

CTPs: All Players are eligible for CTPs. CTPs will be during 2nd Round.

ACE FUND: Report all Aces to TD after round. If an ace is not hit during tournament play, the pot will be donated to The Paul McBeth Foundation.

Pass Through Fees:
$4 PDGA Fee

Divisions of less than 3 players will not have trophies.
Divisions of 3-4 players will have 1st place trophy only.
Divisions of 5-10 players will have 1st and 2nd place trophies.
Divisions of 11 or more players will have 1st-3rd place trophies.
Trophy numbers based on registration as of Nov. 14, 2024.

There must be at least 2 participants in a division to remain open.

1st place tiebreakers will be conducted on the course of your divisions final round at the earliest available time. Players will start on Hole 1 of their course.

Refund policy

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS:
TO OFFICIALLY WITHDRAW: Players MUST withdraw using Disc Golf Scene withdraw option OR email (or phone) their withdrawals to TD Melissa Schneider at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

TRI-FLY Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

PDGA 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds:

A. Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

B. Players who have paid MORE than a nominal waitlist fee of $10 to be on an event’s waitlist who do not get into the event, or who officially request to withdraw from the waitlist prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended), will receive a 100% monetary refund minus the $10 waitlist fee. Waitlist players who ONLY paid a nominal non-refundable waitlist fee of $10 monetary refund of that waitlist fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee). Waitlist players who ONLY paid a nominal non-refundable waitlist fee of $10 or less will not receive a refund.

C. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.

D. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered) by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.

E. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered) by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% monetary refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.

F. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player; 1.03.B.

-Waitlist players that do not make it into active registration will receive a 100% monetary refund day of tournament.
-For withdraws requesting player’s packs be shipped, there will be an up to $15 shipping charge, depending on size of player’s pack.
-Hole Sponsorships are non-refundable.
