Is it too late to refund lift passes? I purchased a 24/25 ikon pass after I registered for the tourney.

Chaz Critchfield   July 24 at 1:15pm

You can actually do that yourself if you edit your registration

Jake Forbes   July 24 at 8:46pm

Sick, thanks chaz

Christian Phelps    July 20 at 10:31pm

Does the lift pass include a practice round or two prior to the 26th? If not what is the cost to take the lift?

Chaz Critchfield   July 20 at 11:16pm

The tournament receives discounted lift passes only usable during the event, those are $15/day. I believe standard lift passes for Solitude are $21

Any update on discounted lodging?

Chaz Critchfield   July 15 at 10:23pm

Still waiting on a reply from Solitude, sorry for the delay

Christian Phelps    July 14 at 7:39pm

Hey Chaz, What is in the am player packs?

Chaz Critchfield   July 14 at 11:00pm

A Kuhl Clothing hat, $10 to PIA sports, $10 to Another Round, $10 to Feldman’s Deli, and a Solitude stamped MVP Detour. Overall an $85 value

It would suck not to be able to play H and I

Unfortunately there was construction in that area and we're just going to avoid those holes this year.

Doug Smith   July 18 at 2:48am

A & I holes are gone forever

Chaz Critchfield    July 7 at 8:24pm

We are going to do away with a lot of, if not all, of the safari holes. It was a fun idea, but after playing them it’s going to be a nightmare. Look forward to playing the traditional Solitude layout!

Thanks for the updates Chaz. So what will that look like for the total holes played? Combination of lower & numbered holes? Thanks!

Alex Johnson   July 8 at 11:36pm

Nice! Now I hopefully get some redemption from last year's debacle, but doubtful I card a drop in 2 on #6 again, lol.

Dane Urry   July 10 at 3:46pm

So this will be 21 holes per day in total right? There is not more playing those 2 uphill par 4s that drained the ever living life out of me lol.

Christopher Melhado    June 24 at 5:08am

Does discounted lodging refer to any of solitudes facilities? Or is it only in certain lodgings like the Inn vs the townhouses? Also do we need a discount code or is it better to just call solitude and let them know over the phone?

I’ll reach out and find out. Sorry that information hasn’t been relayed to me very well.

Nick Montague    June 21 at 5:39pm

Can we request cardmates for the first round?

Chaz Critchfield   June 22 at 2:10am

Unfortunately because this is a PDGA B-tier we can’t take card mate requests. Sorry for the inconvenience

Jake Forbes    June 13 at 6:15pm

Is there any rough idea on tee times per division?

Chaz Critchfield   June 15 at 12:53pm

MA3 will start around 9:00, MA2 around 11:00, MA1 around 1:00, Pros around 2:00. Very rough estimates

Jake Forbes   June 20 at 3:48pm

Thanks Chaz! Is it a trophy only event?

Todd Wilkins    June 13 at 3:25pm

16th year playing this event. Very excited.
Thanks Chaz for keeping it alive !

Heck yeah!! Hope you enjoy the layout this year! Going to mix things up a little and safari some holes!

Alex Thompson    May 13 at 9:29pm

Do you need to purchase a lift pass for each day? How much are they?

Jacob Beach   May 14 at 1:19am

"Lift passes are required for this event, the only exception to purchasing a lift pass during checkout is if you have an Ikon pass that grants you year round lift rides at Solitude or of course a Solitude summer season pass."

Chaz Critchfield   May 14 at 2:12am

Hey Alex, when you register for the event you’ll have the option to purchase your lift passes then or decline if you have an Ikon or season pass. Lift tickets are at a discounted rate of $15/ride for all event participants, caddies, and spectators but must be purchased through tournament central.

Alex Thompson   June 16 at 5:52pm

I apologize but I can’t figure out how or where to purchase the lift ticket to get the code to then register here on DGS. Could you post a link of where to buy the pass? Thanks Chaz.

I know it's early, but I'm coming to Park City, end of July. Is this a PDGA tourney? I would LOVE to pay this course! Whether it's PDGA or not, it's on my list to play the course. I'll see you all in late summer, regardless!

Absolutely, this is a PDGA sanctioned B-tier! This will be the 23rd year this tournament has ran. It’s a very fun tournament to play. I also run the course up the road at Brighton Resort, both Solitude and Brighton are extremely fun mountain courses to play. Excited to have you out, let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks bud, I appreciate the info!
