There are camp sites available at Monte Sano State park and Ditto Landing. It is a holiday weekend, so those usually fill fast.

I should have host hotel info in a couple of weeks. The Huntsville/Madison County Convention and Visitors Bureau is working on it for me.

I do not know. At least a week before the tournament. The course has been finished for two months. I do not know why they have not officially opened it yet.

Here is a link to the proposed course layout for John Hunt Park. The baskets and temporary tees will only be in place a week before the tournament. I expect to have it marked for practice by March.

Can you clarify what kind of marks are laid out? I tried to follow the map this weekend and had a hard time making it out.

There are wooden stakes marking the approximate locations of tee pads. There are pink flags marking the basket locations. The course map and caddy book are to scale, you should not have much problem finding everything using it.

Winter of '24 is right now. The course should be open within a few weeks.
