About this tournament

The 4th Annual Oak Country Club Open presented by Dynamic Discs KCMO, is a 1 day, 1 round singles event and 1 round doubles event, at Oak Country Club Golf Course in DeSoto, KS. We will be playing on a temporary course designed by Dick Parker.
When: Oct. 19, 2024
Check-in: 1 pm - 2 pm
Entry Fees include: 1 Round of Disc Golf using a golf cart
$35 of each Singles Entry will go towards Green Fees and Administration fees per round to run the event. Remaining entry fee goes towards payout in each division.
Singles Divisions:
MPO - FPO $100
MA1 - FA1 $100
Payouts:
Pro Payouts: PayPal or Venmo (Please select which you prefer and what your account is)
Am Payouts: Dynamic Discs KCK/KCMO will handle AM payouts. You may go to either store to redeem your winnings.
Full refunds for the event will be available until Sunday Oct 13th, 2024. Refund requests after date/time will be Entry Fee "Green Fees". We must pay the golf course 1 week before the event, so that money will not be refundable. No refunds after Oct 16th, 2024.
LUNCH:
If you play both the Singles and the Doubles rounds you will get a FREE LUNCH provided by Chef Lee Killian. Those who only play one or the other may BUY A LUNCH for $10.
This course will be a par 67-68, Championship Level design. It will follow the actual golf course. So each "golf" hole present will have a disc golf hole designed on it in some way.
Hole and Cart Assignments:
When you register, you will have to pick what hole you want to start on as well as choose a cart (A or B). I would advise that if you want to ride in the same cart as someone else, to sign them up at the same time you sign up to ensure you play with them. Starting holes are subject to change.
Can you bring your own golf cart?
Yes and No. We have more than enough carts to go around so there will not be a need to bring yours. If you MUST bring your cart, please clear it with the TD asap. I need a good reason to allow it.

Refund policy
Dick Parker is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds for the event will be available until Oct 13th at 8 pm.. All refund requests after that date/time will be Entry Fee minus "Green Fees". We must pay the golf course 1 week before the event, so that money will not be refundable. Wednesday Oct 16th will be the last day for a partial refund. All requests after Wednesday will be denied.
