More than likely because It's only been up on discgolfscene since July 10th.

According to the "About this tournament" section, this is a B-tier sanctioned tournament. However it does not show up as being sanctioned yet. I assume it will be?

Thanks, I assumed so given what I read. That might be one reason for low registration at this point :-)
