Dennis, really looking forward to this one. I figure it’s not a big deal to have me and my son play on the same card (he’s 10) but if there is any way our starting hole can be toward the parking lot that would be great. This is Joseys first tournament since his surgery last year and I have a feeling he will be ready to collapse after his second round so minimizing the hoof it back would be helpful.

Will the course be moved from the current layout?

If so, when would the course be ready for a practice round?

I'll be coming in Saturday to get everything set. Email will come out after that.

Dennis Stoneman   May 22 at 10:54pm

Meh. Nadgt has late fees, weak player packs and only pays 25% of the field instead of 45% like everyone else...should have came to beaver state fling for competition Dank!?.

Malum Nothis   May 18 at 11:46pm

Truth hurts...

John Dankert   May 19 at 12:47am

Next year Allen I’ll join the fling, next year.

Any suggestions on last minute camping? Are there any areas one could just pop a tent up for one night? Heck, we see homeless do it all over the state ???????? lol

I haven’t camped in years, excuse my lack of knowledge. What is Dispersed Camping?

Kaleb mckay   May 13 at 11:52am

So, it’s public lands “bureau of land management” BLM and as far as I understand it if you can find a good spot to pitch a tent you’re good. Finding a good place to park could potentially be an issue though. I’m not as familiar with this location but have camped there a couple times over the years.

Thank you for the information. Much appreciated!

Hey Dennis, I am hoping to do this one. I would like my son to play as well but don’t have another adult to caddy for him. Would it work to have him on my card for the first round and possibly the second as well? He’s turning 10 on Saturday the 25th

Yes, that is not a problem

Kaleb mckay   May 24 at 12:44am

Thanks!

Kaleb mckay   May 24 at 12:45am

I did find someone to be with him for the second round.

When did the date of this tournament change from May 11 to May 26?

Rough change for me... NO camping available anywhere. 4 hour drive up and then home after...ouch

Harrison Stevens   April 30 at 5:56pm

hey Jerermy there is PLENTY of national forest camping very close to this course

Kaleb mckay   May 3 at 5:10pm

That’s our plan. Just across the road is some BLM dispersed camping possibilities.
