The NADGT allows Professional Class players to play in all events except the Championships and Tour Finale, provided they are eligible under PDGA Pros playing Am guidelines (
https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/204). Professional Players will NOT earn invitations to the Nationals Championships or the Tour Finale, they will move down to the next eligible player. More Details on eligibility and reclassification can be found at this link:

So, it seems to me that the OBs are a bit different than I have usually seen at the course. Just want to clarify, where it says "Cement path, & road and beyond is out of bounds.", such as Hole 1, it sound like this means landing ON the path is out of bounds, but landing to the right of the path, but not all the way to the road, is NOT OB. Is that correct?
If you look at the image of Hole 1 that I sent in the email and posted in this photos section here on Disc Golf Scene it shows you exactly where the OB is located on each hole in red.
The section between the path and road is in bounds.
Thank you.
