2024 Meadow Lakes Fall Classic

The 2024 Fall Classic at Meadow Lakes will take place over the 14th and 15th of September. Consisting of two rounds from various tee pads, the event will utilize several new basket placements and have a layout that participants are sure to find, fun, fair and challenging. Different tee pads for each division will be posted here as soon as they are finalized.
The course will be setup a couple of weeks in advance of the 14/15th so folks can familiarize themselves with the layout. Additional tee times will be made available in the days before the tournament, those will be posted here as soon as they are finalized.
Please register ASAP! The sooner you can sign up for this event, the easier it is to organize!
There will be a players meeting in advance of the event on Friday the 13th, where players will receive their players pack, hear about our event sponsors and have the opportunity to socialize, share strategies and enjoy the comradeship that makes disc golf what it is!
Tee times for the event will be assigned as early as possible, but will be tentative until 48hours before. They will be between the hours of 11:30am and 4:00pm and division based. Day 1 cards will be randomly selected and day 2 will be based on the scores from day 1. All players are expected to be at the course and checked in no less than 10 minutes in advance of their assigned times.
There will be a dinner included in your tournament fees which will take place at the end of play on Sunday. Additional plates for family members wishing to attend will be available for a small fee.

Why is this event 100$?
Simply put, it costs a lot of time, energy and of course money to make the event a success. Here is a simple breakdown of some, but not all, of the costs.
2 Days green fees @20$ =40$
1 Tournament disc with custom stamp= 30$
1 Awards dinner =15$
Total not including trophies, cash prizes, labour, etc = 85$

Can I play with my friends?
Maybe on the first day if you are in the same division. Requests have been taken in previous years, however this becomes time consuming and difficult at the last minute. We do our best but there are no guarantees. Enjoy the chance to play with new people and meet your fellow discers!

Is this a sanctioned event?
No. This tournament is not sanctioned. This event works best for Meadow Lakes without any restrictions on players being able to enjoy beers (drink cart available) and socialize freely. One day this may change, but this is not that day.
