Refund policy
Jacquart Events LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancelations. $5 will be retained by the event for ALL withdrawals. If the event is cancelled due to COVID or other local, state, or federal requirements, $5 of each registration will NOT be refunded.
Spectator refunds will mimic those estabished by the PDGA's for players, as follows:
At least 30 days notice from first day of formal competition (by April 9th) - 100% refund, excluding a $5 handling fee);
At least 15 days notice from first day of formal competition (by April 24th) - 50% refund, excluding a $5 handling fee);
At least 2 days notice from first day of formal competition (by May 7th) - 25% refund, excluding a $5 handling fee);
Less than 2 days notice from first day of formal competition (by May 7th) - 0% refund.
