-Anyone not PDGA Current by October 8th will be issued a refund and removed from event.

-PDGA Digital Scoring will be used for all rounds

-Total field limited set at 160 spots

-Divisions will need a minimum of FOUR(4) Participants to be valid. Any divisions with less then four participants are subject to be combined with another division.

-Waitlist will be by division until October 8th and then will shift to 1 waitlist per pool

-Divisional Cap Restrictions will apply as outlined below until October 8th

-Any person who does not get in off waitlist by November 8th, 2024 at 8:00 PM EST will be issued a full refund.

-No day of sign ups or changes to field will be made after November 8th, 2024 at 8:00 PM EST.

Refund policy

Any players who officially request to withdraw from the event before 11/01/24 will receive a 100% cash refund minus the Disc Golf Scene transaction fee. Any withdraws on or after 11/02/24 AND spot is not filled from waitlist; TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
