our tourney headquarters will be at the american legion post #169 pavillion very close to hole 13's basket. there is plenty of parking right there! there are numerous bathroom options all over the course and we will have water out on hole 3 or 4 ish and some up at the pavillion by 13's basket.

we will play 2 rounds of 18 holes using the permanent layout (1-18). mpo and ma1 will play long tees both rounds and all other divisions will play short tees both rounds. there is only one tee for holes 1, 9, 10, 11 and 12. ob's will be listed on the live scoring system and in your "player meeting packet" you pick up when you check in saturday morning.
there is no 2 meter rule. please spot for each other where needed, the lost disc rule is in play. if there are any disagreements , please just play a provisional to keep play moving and we will make a ruling on the disagreement after the round.
there is one ctp per round (hole 11) and one ace pool for the entire day. you must have bought in at reg./ check-in to participate in these side games. if no ace is hit, we will throw off for the funds after round 2. also, please make sure all card mates witness the marking of all ctp's. thank you.
check-in starts at 8:30 and ends at 9:15 sharp. hole assignments will be published by 9:25 ish and we will tee off at 9:45. we will allow walk-ups in to the event once any/all wait listers have been processed. we are firm at 72 players. thank you for your cooperation.

between rounds, rob "the robfather" ledwedge and the local club will offer a lunch ($5- $7) to support the local club.... it's usually grilled burgers and dogs with all the fixings! please consider supporting their cause. if you leave to grab lunch, please get back to the park soon so you do not miss the first few holes of round 2...we tend to move these events along briskly so everyone gets home at a favorable time.
fyi: starting this year, all card mates must keep score, all scores must match and all must verify then submit final scores.... charge up those phones! we will have paper cards and pencils available at the tourney hdqr's for any technically challenged dg'ers.
please take a moment during the event to thank all of my SOUTH SIDE DG volunteers...they are reason why these events run so smoothly and are so much fun for many! thank you.
please consider playing in these upcoming south side dg events: 10th annual pickle run in gallion, oh. (the troop), 6th annual woodsman link in ontario, oh. (the troop), 2nd annual walsh challenge in fremont, oh.(hi-c flyers), thrills @ indy lake in whitmore lake, mi. (ssdg), big beaver open in new ... more
