For this meeting tomorrow, the email says 1-2 players per team, is that actually per team? Or per school?
Should 1-2 from each of A, B, and C teams come? Or just 1-2 people from our school

The need is simply one representative for each program (college, university, school, etc). If a team feels the need to bring a coach and a captain that is fine too, we just don't multiple players from the team to attend.

It looks like there’s rain potential for Wednesday morning. As many are doing their singles rounds during that time, would it be possible to move tee times into the afternoon as it looks like it won’t be raining then?

Thank you for the suggestion. We will maintain the schedule as is in order to preserve as much time available to us in the event that weather is severe and causes an actual delay in play. Wet weather is part of tournament play, severe weather is what needs to be planned for.

I know people are not allowed to go in or retrieve discs at Winthrop, but do you know if there is potential for discs to be retrieved out of the water at Winthrop by an official retriever for the event? Wasn’t sure if there was going to be an official retriever or lost and found for the event. If not no worries was just curious

Similar to USDGC week, there will be specifically permitted individuals diving for lost discs in the lake. Players CANNOT swim the lake after discs. We will have a lost and found pile at the Winthrop Base Camp area.

Lunch will not be provided to players, this was an added value to the North Cove experience because of its remote location and multiple rounds a day. We may do an add on feature for teams to purchase an on-site lunch in a future year.

On the website it shows that DIII is playing Westminster East Singles on Thursday, but on the printable schedule (linked on the same CDG website) it says that DIII plays Winthrop Meadows Singles. I imagine the website is a typo because it has DIIB playing Westminster East Teams at the same time, but I wanted to confirm.

Will we be able to practice the courses after the tee times conclude. We get in on Monday and don't have time to practice all 3 courses so we were planning to practice one of them on Wednesday evening

Practice rounds are not allowed by PDGA rules during play on the course. If all of the competitive rounds for the day were complete, in your example 5PM, yes you may practice beginning at 5PM in that scenario. Hope this helps!

Is Canaan still playable on Friday and Saturday? I don't see anything on the schedule so I assume it's booked?

Camp Canaan is not available for practice on Friday 3/29, but is open for practice on Saturday 3/30. Also Camp Canaan will be closed for Easter Sunday 3/31, and reopen for practice on Monday 4/1
