FAQ
What if I’ve never played disc golf before?
Great. Learn to play with us! You can join the Beginner category, play 9 holes from the short tees and try your best. This tournament was put together to introduce new players to the sport and the friendly disc golf community.
What if I’ve played before and wouldn’t consider myself a beginner?
Awesome! Bring your discs and talent to the Novice, Intermediate, or Advanced division and play from the short or long tees against some other players near your skill level.
What if I’m a very talented and competitive disc golfer and the only reason I enter events is to get first place?
This is not the tournament for you. Sandy Hollow will hold more competitive tournaments for more highly ranked players in the future so keep an eye out for those and we will be happy to have you then. In the meantime, if you are willing to play a more recreational event on a great course, share some of your experience and be a good representative of the fun, supportive disc golf community, we would love for you to sign up!
