2023 Week 6 Upstate Summer League
Staff
About this tournament
This entry is one of a series of weekly league events. You can play any week you wish and will receive a rated round if you are a member of the PDGA.
Players will be divided into divisions based on their rating for the purpose of standings and payouts. Event results will be reported to PDGA as MA1 or MPO. (MPO should only be used if a player cannot legally be reported as MA1 due to their Pro status and rating being 970 or higher.) Division ranking is determined by the average of the best 5 rated rounds played over the 10 week league season. Any ratings you earn outside of your top 5, will be disregarded when calculating division rank. To be considered for division championship, you have to compete in a minimum of 5 weeks of the league.
$1 of each weekly round goes to PDGA required fees. $1 of each weekly entry will go towards the top three division finishers at the end of the season. The other $3 goes to weekly divisional payouts of 25% of the players in each division. The optional $1 CTP will be paid out each week. If no one hits the optional $1 ace pool, it will carry over to the following week. If no one hits the ace pool at the end of the season, the funds will be used to make a course improvement. All payouts will be completed digitally.
If you register and don't withdraw within 24 hours of tee time, the entry is non-refundable. Keep in mind that the league administrative team may choose to move people up a divisions even during the season if the administrative team feels such a move is warranted
