About this tournament

Commons Park Northside and Lakeside

A-Tier. 3 Days. 1 round per day. Tee Times.
A-Tier Participants MUST have a Current PDGA Membership.

PROS: $3000 added Cash
AMS: Players Pack Valued $130+, Trophy Only

COMMUNICATION WILL BE THROUGH EMAIL AND DISC GOLF SCENE MESSAGE BOARD. PLEASE USE A VALID EMAIL WHEN REGISTERING.

Pool Assignments:
A-Pool: All PRO
B-Pool: MA1, FA1, MA40, MA50, MA2, FA2, MA3, FA3, MA60-80, FA40-80, MJ, FJ
Division pools are subject to change based on registration numbers. Final adjustments would be made no later than Nov 24, 2023.

Division Pools and caps will reevaluated and adjusted Sept 30, Oct 30, and Nov 20, with final adjustments made no later than Nov 24th.

B-Pool: Commons Lakeside / Commons Northside / Commons Lakeside

CTPs: All Players are eligible for CTPs. CTPs will be during 2nd Round.

ACE FUND: Report all Aces to TD after round. If an ace is not hit during tournament play, the pot will be donated to The Paul McBeth Foundation.

Ladies will be rated against Ladies. FP/FA divisions will have FP/FA Specific Layouts for ratings.

Divisions of less than 3 players will not have trophies.
Divisions of 3-4 players will have 1st place trophy only.
Divisions of 5-10 players will have 1st and 2nd place trophies.
Divisions of 11 or more players will have 1st-3rd place trophies.
Trophy numbers based on registration as of Nov. 10, 2023.

There must be at least 3 participants in a division to remain open.

1st place tiebreakers will be conducted on the course of your divisions final round at the earliest available time. Players will start on Hole 1 of their course.

Refund policy

TO OFFICIALLY WITHDRAW: Players MUST withdraw using Disc Golf Scene withdraw option OR email (or phone) their withdrawals to TD Melissa Schneider at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

WITHDRAWALS/REFUNDS:
TRI-FLY Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

PRO DIVISIONS:
•Pro Division Players who officially request to withdraw BEFORE November 24,
2023, will receive a 100% monetary refund.
•Pro Division Players who officially request to withdraw BETWEEN November 24, 2023 and December 1, 2023, will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will provide a 50% monetary refund.
•Pro Division Players who officially request to withdraw BETWEEN Dec 2, 2023 AND Dec 6, 2023, will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will provide a 25% monetary refund.
•Pro Division Players who officially request to withdraw AFTER Dec 6, 2023, will NOT receive any monetary refund or player's pack.
•Pro Division Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player.

AMATEUR DIVISIONS:
•Amateur Division Players who officially request to withdraw BEFORE November 24, 2023, will receive a 100% monetary refund.
•Amateur Division Players who officially request to withdraw ON OR AFTER November 24, 2023, will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, they will receive just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended and no monetary refund.
•Amateur Division Players who officially request to withdraw AFTER Dec 6, 2023, will NOT receive any monetary refund or player's pack.
•Amateur Division Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a monetary refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player.
•For withdraws requesting player’s packs be shipped, there will be an up to $15 shipping charge, depending on size of player’s pack.

•Waitlist players that do not make it into active registration will receive a 100% monetary refund after 1st round of tournament.

•All Sponsorships are non-refundable.
