In the pictures, there are course notes. Each set of notes are labeled as the EAST course. One is obviously West. Is West 1-9 or 10-18?

scorecards have it correct. 10 - 18 are one the west side of the course, so they are the west

Will need to get refunded since you opted not to promote the waitlist for the empty slots. Option to withdraw is not available, when will refunds be sent out?

There is always water stations out on the course but be sure to bring extra because sometimes those stations get pillaged

It says on the about page that it will be up by 8pm the night before and to double check the day of.
