We understand everyone's desire to have tee times for tomorrow. Here is a general idea for Thursday. Please note that we still have over 200 players not checked in, so this is not official.
Everyone, especially if you are in a division of one tee time, must use this a guide, NOT the final tee times. Official Tee times, in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual 1.06L, will be posted prior to 12 hours before your division starts on the PDGA Event Page.

If you are playing camp serene there is basically no cell service just FYI so live scoring will probably not be available and you wont be able to read emails on phone so screenshot course files or download to phone.

The PDGA Live App WILL work, once you use the on-site wifi to sign in to the event. Download the app for free - it's better than pdga.com/score.

IMPORTANT: Don't forget to bring your ID to player check-in on Wednesday.
In order to confirm that players who have qualified and registered for the event are the same as the players who will be competing in the event, PDGA staff will be performing identity verification for all players. This is a requirement for participation in this event.

Circle Bar is charging $5 per round. Just wanted to put that out there because somewhere in the thread it says that the greens fees are paid by the event. Not a huge deal, just FYI

Will players packs be handed out at players meeting or can we get them at a different time if don't make players meeting.

I guess should be more clear are players required to show up on wed or can they just show up for t time on Thursday and get players pack on or before round somewhere. I think quite a few are not able to make check in or players meeting on Wed is that mandatory.

Hey all. Sooo, my original plan for lodging and transportation just fell through. Does anybody have an extra room in an AirBnB they're renting, or maybe a second bed in their hotel room that they'd want to split costs with me on? I'm currently making phone calls and sending emails, but I'm trying to avoid dropping another grand on the expenses. Thanks!

Are we playing the 2 Gold Tees at Dexter? It's frustrating to not know what to practice.

Rick, everyone plays the same tee pads except at Circle Bar which are noted above the rules section. Tee pad at 7 at Dexter is the paver tee pad closest to the street.

Are the baskets at the courses in tournament position? Lots of locals and travelers in town already looking to practice, and even if caddy books aren’t ready it would be good to know. Thanks!

Any chance Circle Bar would be willing to extend the practice hours earlier on Wednesday? Even if one starts right at 2:00, it'd be impossible to make it to Eugene in time for the players meeting.

It is right beside Autzen Stadium. It is off campus but it is where the Oregon Ducks and the Eugene Emeralds play. The Ems will be playing right after our player's meeting.

After practice round at Dexter today we found a nice county BBQ joint right next to the Dexter course for your after round munchies and adult beverages. Rattlesnake BBQ is the place I can verify the Brisket is pretty darn good. ✌️

Two quick questions - somewhere below it says that we can check in via email to Rebecca - is that still true? Also, should we not expect to know tee times until after the on site check in period is over (4 pm?).

Hi Pam - there is no rule that requires a certain order of divisions. This is the current plan, but as mentioned, it's subject to change.
