Myself and Jason The registered for the mp40 division doubles and are not on the roster of teams on the pdga site. Just making sure we are actually in. Thanks.

Yes - we have received it and will update it this week. You are all set!

Tim Wilson    May 4, 2023 at 3:02pm

If anyone needs a doubles partner in mp40, message me or comment, I'd like to team up with someone.

Jason The   May 4, 2023 at 5:37pm

Hi Tim! I'm also looking for a partner. Email me at [email redacted]

Todd Lion    May 3, 2023 at 10:10pm

Due to varying demand for divisions within some pools we have made adjustments to some of the divisional registration caps on May 3. We will continue to monitor the registration moving forward and make additional divisional caps adjustments where possible within course pools in order to accommodate as many players as possible for the event.

I'm trying to be sure we are registered for the doubles event. David Smith 24734 and Ray Morris 59571 in the 60+ division.

Good morning- you are not. I will send you an email explaining the issue.

Alex Johnson    May 3, 2023 at 1:01am

Is the Snow Bowl course not being played, or changed names?

Bill Block   May 3, 2023 at 1:39pm

We’ve had a record year of snow and there’s still a 7-8 for base at Snowbowl. The ski season has been extended to May 29th and we doubt that we will have ample time to prep the course for Worlds.

Alex Johnson   May 4, 2023 at 2:39am

Understood, thanks for your help.

Randy Beers    May 2, 2023 at 2:27pm

David Greenwell and Randy Beers would like to change from the 70 year old Doubles division to the 65 year old doubles division. Can that be accomplished or do we need to go back in and re-register?

Robert Leonard   May 2, 2023 at 2:40pm

I will take care of it.

Phil Shane    May 1, 2023 at 1:44am

Once again putting the call out for a partner to play double, MP55.

Jack Selleh   May 1, 2023 at 6:34pm

Marty Coplea , David Neff either of you guys need a partner?

Jack Selleh    April 30, 2023 at 12:43pm

Will spectator passes be available at the event or do they need to be pre purchased?

Bill Block   May 1, 2023 at 6:18pm

Jack, saw you found them online but we’ll also have some for sale on site.

Jack Selleh   May 1, 2023 at 6:31pm

Thanks Bill, a couple of my kids may come up towards the end of the week but not for sure so I didn't want to get them passes before hand

David Smith    April 27, 2023 at 11:54pm

I would prefer to play in the 60+ MPO division. I would secondarily like to play in the 55+ MPO and thirdly in the 50+ MPO. I signed in the 40+ because there was no wait list but I see there is only one on the waitlist in the 50+. Is it possible that I could move to an older division as the wait list thins out?

Andrew Sweeton   April 28, 2023 at 11:33am

Sure, but note that on this coming Wednesday May 3, registration opens to all Pro members so those waitlists will likely only get longer. If you want to move to the end of a current waitlist just let us know, or if you want to hedge your bets, you can register now for another division's waitli ... more

Requested a refund due to moving to another state at this time .. wished I could’ve competed.. next year perhaps .. good luck to all !

Best wishes for a smooth move Brock, hope to see you next year!

Looking for an MP40 doubles partner!

Looking for an MP55 doubles partner! Good luck finding yours Jason.

Mark Barber    April 27, 2023 at 12:39am

Are there no ratings limits for Masters Worlds? Seems odd that players with sub-900 ratings can jump in front of players who are 950+. At least open registration earlier to higher rated players?

Phil Shane   April 27, 2023 at 1:12am

This came up last year and again this year. In your division only 15% or 6 players are sub-900 rated. After the normal tiered registration it was opened for everyone on the same day.

Phil Shane   April 27, 2023 at 1:18am

Across MP50-MP55 and MP60 there are only 8.17% sub-900 rated.I registered when it opened, in the rain, on my phone, after league night so there was nothing fancy-fast and got it done in about 4 minutes. I was only the 247 player registered so it seems like there was plenty of time. I hope you get to play but you have to get on the waitlist for that to happen. Good luck.

Andrew Sweeton   April 27, 2023 at 2:20am

Note that this year the very first registration tier was for the top 5% of invitees by rating for each division.

Jack Selleh    April 23, 2023 at 11:45am

Since my partner and I are the only team in mp 60 can we move to mp50?

Hi Jack. My advice would be to wait until we get closer to the event since there are still spots left. But yes, you will be able to move if you choose.

Jack Selleh   April 25, 2023 at 12:06pm

Thanks

Jack Selleh   April 25, 2023 at 12:11pm

Phil Shan try posting on the Flagstaff disc golf club page.Maybe you can pickup a local that needs a partner.

Phil Shane    April 22, 2023 at 8:45pm

Looking for a doubles partner for MP55. I'm already registered but there was a mix up with a potential partner and got this in an email yesterday, "If you find a new partner, simply edit your registration with their name." Email me, edit and add me and I'll do the same, thanks. [email redacted]

Please move Greg Wood and myself from MP60 to MP 55.

Robert Leonard   June 8, 2023 at 12:46pm

Done! thanks Jack.

Jack Selleh   June 8, 2023 at 12:47pm

Thank you!

Tom Coffin    April 21, 2023 at 4:53pm

will there be a mini golf competition this year?

Robert Leonard   April 21, 2023 at 5:29pm

Hi Tom, The majors committee voted to remove Mini golf from worlds in 2023. The other three field events will still occur.

John Belty    April 21, 2023 at 2:47pm

I signed up for MP50 and will play there if I have to, but would like to compete in the MP 55 division. Will there be any realignment of the divisions? there are already 2 on the waitlist for the MP55 division.

So I would have to pay for both?

Andrew Sweeton   April 22, 2023 at 11:27am

Yes, if you want to register for both.

John Belty   April 26, 2023 at 7:58pm

No thanks - No offense, but should not be that way if I am already registered for the event.

Joseph Kulp    April 20, 2023 at 3:01am

can we get the player flymart moved to the day before competition begins so that players who paid for a flymart spot can spend the day vending without their competition round interfering with it?

Andrew Sweeton   April 20, 2023 at 2:07pm

Bill will need to answer that question.

Bill Block   April 20, 2023 at 2:12pm

Unfortunately, we are space limited and don’t have much flexibility for adjusting the schedule.

keith johnson    April 20, 2023 at 2:33am

2 minutes to fill the 60 plus division!

Joe Hart   April 20, 2023 at 3:26pm

I don't think the PDGA realizes 60 is the new 40.

Jack Selleh   April 20, 2023 at 9:28pm

Lol,it did fill fast

Mark Barber   April 27, 2023 at 12:32am

This hurts my heart. As does the full $250 to be on the waitlist. No 2023 Masters Worlds for me.

John Ryan    April 19, 2023 at 5:22pm

Do you need a spectator pass for a caddie? I would like my 13 year old son to caddy if I get in. What costs if any do I need to plan for? PLease let me know. ty

Bill Block   April 19, 2023 at 5:46pm

Spectator pass is not needed for a caddy while caddying. Spectator pass is needed if he’s not caddying and just spectating.

John Ryan   April 20, 2023 at 4:02pm

I bought a spectator pass just in case, is that spectator aloud to walk with me or do they need to be at a distance?
