Also, is there a Caddy Book available for both Thorp and Little America Long? BK, #3344

Is the Little America Long course cart friendly? I read that Thorp Park is not, and would probably not bring my cart along if both courses I’m playing on would make navigation with a cart difficult. Thank you, Bob Kramer, #3344

Cart Friendly - Fort Tuthill Semi- Cart Friendly - NAU and McPherson (but be prepared for some rough areas) Not Cart Friendly - Little America Long, Little America Crew Course and Thorpe

Scott Merritt   June 19, 2023 at 8:29pm

Josh is the local pro! He knows his stuff!

Jack Selleh   June 20, 2023 at 8:01pm

I've only played Thorpe twice and both times with someone that used a cart but it looked like a lot more work than I would consider worthwhile.

CR Willey    June 16, 2023 at 12:15pm

Are there any openings for putting contest? I just off the waitlist….

Andrew Sweeton   June 13, 2023 at 7:48pm

yes, if you want to hedge your bets and register for more than one division, and you use one and not the other, the unused one will be refunded.

I have the same question. So we don't need to sign up in advance?

Bill Block   June 7, 2023 at 6:17pm

No need to sign up in advance

Karen Sattler   June 9, 2023 at 4:38am

OK, Thank you.

Marty Coplea    June 6, 2023 at 11:24pm

What is the correct pin position for hole 4 at Thorpe XL? The UDisc layout and the course notes list it as 308 ft. But, the orange basket is in the 360 ft position. All the other holes seem to have the orange baskets in the worlds layout positions. Thanks!

Bill Block   June 7, 2023 at 2:28pm

Short position is correct. We need to move the basket.

Marty Coplea   June 7, 2023 at 2:44pm

Thanks!

John Belty    June 5, 2023 at 4:27pm

I am signed up to play MP50. I would like to play in the MP55 if any openings would arise. I will play MP50 if i have to, but would like to be added to the waitlist for 55 without spending another $300 to register for that division. Can you do that at this point (keep me in MP50 and on the list for MP55)??

Todd Lion   June 6, 2023 at 3:20am

If you want to double-dip, you'd have to purchase another registration. If you don't make it in from the WL in MP55, we'd refund you that entry fee while still leaving you in MP50. If the entire MP55 WL is run through and there's an empty spot available in MP55 before the close of registration, we could then move you over if you request it.

John Belty   June 7, 2023 at 1:38pm

I am not going to pay another $300 to get on a waitlist, that is not right especially when I am already in the tournament. If there is an empty spot I would like to be moved over.

Brady OBrien    May 24, 2023 at 11:29pm

Got an email from Bill Block, I know he's the TD but making sure it's a real email. Inviting me to sign up for the Innova disc players party banquet with a link. Want to confirm it's Bill:)

keith johnson   May 25, 2023 at 12:44pm

According to the email you need to send whatever you want on the sign by the deadline or they will put your PDGA number on it.

Greetings, I have a question for the staff. For July 7-10, will the courses be open for practice and if so, when will they officially close prior to Tuesday Tee times? I am interested in this info for the courses that will be used for the MP50 division only. Many thanks!

Bill Block   May 11, 2023 at 8:34pm

The Little America courses will be closed for much of the day on July 8th for doubles. Otherwise, all courses should be open and available for practice.

Stephen Enloe   May 12, 2023 at 1:06am

Bill, thanks for the quick response. I really appreciate it.
