Excuse the late post everyone. I have had quite the issues with my email this evening on devices. I will post your information here.

Good afternoon, players. I wanted to touch base with you before tomorrow. Here is a little information for you, ahead of time. Tee times have already been published. I did have to move two individuals that were solo tee times. I moved you forward, not backwards. It was either a 12m or 24 min change for you. It worked out that the card(s) in front of you both had 2 so it worked out.

Please check in with me 10 minutes before your tee time. I will be at my tent, next to the pavilion, by Hole 10 Warner. I will be managing quite a bit of the flex events so coming to me and checking in 10 minutes before is greatly appreciated. I thank you in advance for that.

Live Scoring
Official scoring will use PDGA LIVE scoring. Access code is: ______ (I will give it to you at check in). Paper scorecards will be available inside the pro shop for those wanting paper as a backup. Please make sure you submit your scores after your round. It is the cards responsibility to make sure scorecards are submitted after completion of your round.

Course Rules
All course rules are in live scoring. If there is a discrepancy with a ruling, PLAY A PROVISIONAL AND WE WILL DISCUSS IT AFTER THE ROUND. Course rules are also attached to this email. There will likely be some casual water on the courses. We have had a lot of rain lately and more may find us over the weekend. Please know your casual water rules. CTP
CTP will be available when you check in before your tee time. It is $5. CTP’s will be division specific (some combined). You need to write your name down and put your $5 in the envelope. BRING $5 BILLS TO MAKE IT SIMPLE, PLEASE. I do not check the course for your CTP’s. This is an add-on and if I do not have the division CTP, there will be no prize. I will remind the final tee time to please pick up any they see but remember, if I do not have a CTP flag …there is no prize until I have it.

Henry H2 Hamilton All divisions will play Short tees. This will allow all divisions to have ratings on the same layout to better rate the entire field. This will also allow everyone the opportunity to play doubles on Ed, if they choose. Jan 20, 2023
