Will we be playing 9 holes for round 1 and 9 holes for round 2? Or 18 and 18? Aug 5, 2023
Micah Milam Aug 5, 2023We will be playing 18 and 18. Two loops of 9 at course one for the first round and two loops at course two for the second

I need to withdraw. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I have Covid and that window won’t put me at 10 days out yet. I’m sorry. Jul 29, 2023

The late registration says it's in effect after 6/16/23. Seems a little early. I will go edit if need be but I figured it might have been a typo and should be 7/16/23. Jun 25, 2023
Micah Milam Jun 25, 2023Thanks for looking out. We just changed the event date so there may be some residual dates from the first date.

In the event that we have to change the date due to registration numbers, which of these two dates works best for everyone: July 29th or August 5th Jun 18, 2023

The first 50 players registered will have the additional option to pick a custom stamped DGA mold on top of the player’s pack you will receive May 19, 2023

As of right now, the official glow of the courses is yet to be determined. However, for the time being, it’ll be one round at each course to make 18. So depending on where your starting hole is you would play all 9 at the course you start at and then head to the other course to play all 9 there to make the 18 for each round and then repeat that for the second round
Tyson Steele Apr 21, 2023So if you start on hole 5 on the first course you’d drive to the other and start on 5 there also?

As of now that’s correct. In theory, you would start on 5 and play through the entire 9 holes at the first course, then drive to the second 9 and start on 5 there and play all 9 there to finish your round. This allows us to open up more registration spots to fit as many people as possible or instead of limited it to fulfill only 9 holes. Again, this could change to where if there’s a lower number of participants we would go the route that you originally had in mind.

It may be less of a headache for organizational purposes, and allow for an easier definitive lunch time and score collection purpose to opt into the two loops around one course first and swap to the other course for the second round. With that said, I'm just excited to get down and play the tournament!! Whatever you all say goes boss man!!

I’ve thought about that however that would make creating scorecards difficult since pars are different at the two courses. I could go this route but everything would need to be a par 3. The other difficulty is after round 1 placing the leaders in their groups there could be the run in of having someone that should be on a lead card end up being grouped with players that are playing the course that they have already played
Alex Lane May 1, 2023Gotcha, whatever you say goes! I'm just excited to get down there and play!

We will play each course through twice to make 18 holes for each round. As of right now everyone will start on the same course and play through it twice for round 1, and then repeat the same thing at the second course for round 2. If we fill up to where we can't all start on the same course I will divide players into pools. If that happens, Pool A will start at one course with Pool B at the other. At that point each pool plays through their course twice to make 18 holes, for round two the pools would swap courses
