This will be an all-female two round PDGA sanctioned event at Herr Park DGC. All divisions will be playing the regular course layout. Lunch may be purchased during registration or in person the day of the event. Lunch will be start officially as soon as the last card's scores have been finalized from round 1. Lunch will most likely last one hour, but depending on the situation and how cards finish the tournament staff may shorten it, but it will be no less than 45 minutes. Player packs will be a disc from an assortment of lightweight discs from Discraft. Caddies are allowed. Pros will be paid out through PayPal, while amateur payouts will be through an on-site vendor, or online if absolutely necessary. An online players meeting and the caddy guide will be emailed out to all players the Friday before the event. All players are still expected to attend the in-person players meeting prior to round 1 the day of.

The Norse Gods is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Hole Sponsor and Ace Pool funds are both non-refundable.
