Regarding hole 10 white at fore palms, is there a drop zone, or do we play from last inbounds? I was told it was either?

As the rules read, any out of bounds on holes 9 & 10 players have choice of playing last in bounds or going to drop zone (red tee box)

Springfield has sidewalks and an asphalt sidewalk which seem to be in play. Can you verify. Looks like only the actual driving roads are ob. Examples hole 7 behind basket. 13 sidewalk looks ok ? 14 right of basket asphalt with wall to the right last example

@Michael, all of your examples are in bounds. As the rules state in the road and beyond is OB & In and across creek is OB.

How far away are the two courses and is the lunch break extended to allow for travel time??

@Lisa the courses are 12 miles apart and it's around a 20-25 min drive. There will be extra time giving between rounds 1 and 2 for travel/lunch

@Mike, a schedule was emailed out to all players back on 10/22/23. Also the pictures section has an image of projected start times for all divisions for all 3 rounds. Round 1 is a shotgun start at 8:00 AM for all players at their division's assigned course.

some of us are coming from out of town, and may play these courses blind. Friday however, could be a good day to get together for a round or two, either mixed doubles or just a group of us finding our way around. It'll get dark early, how about we meet somewhere around two? [email redacted].

@Timothy, it’s unlikely but if I did add spots it would not be until a few days before the event and the weather forecast would have to be 0% chance of rain for both days of the tournament.

Ladies that want to play FA40, sign up anyway and let the TD know so we can get our own division going. We need 3 more women plus myself! Age protected is the way to go!

@Charles You have played MA4 the past year in multiple events and been around 850 so why would you think that? Please see PDGA link for PDGA ratings guide.

For $50, how is our sponsorship viewed? Is there a sign placed on a hole, or is it on a big banner everyone will see? What is the difference between the 50 and the 100 sponsorship?

@Charles, what comes with each sponsorship package is listed underneath the option you choose on the registration page. We have sponsorship packages that range from $1,500.00 to $50.00 but, at this time only a handful of the $100.00 and $50.00 options are available. To answer your question directly ... more

Since the tournament starts after the cut-off for PDGA membership to carry over through next year, can a player sign up for the tournament without a PDGA number and then provide one before the tournament starts?

@Ryan, that is correct I will have a deadline the first week of October in which all players must be PDGA current or they will be removed from event.
