-PDGA Digital Scoring will be used for all rounds

-Payouts will be in vouchers from Tyler Searle (Chasin the Chains)

-Total field limited set at 144 spots (72 per each Pool)

-Divisions will need a minimum of FOUR(4) Participants to be valid. Any divisions with less then four participants are subject to be combined with another division.

-Anyone not PDGA Current by October 17th will be issued a refund and removed from event.

-Waitlist will be by division until October 17th and then will shift to 1 out 1 in by pool

-Divisional Cap Restrictions will apply as outlined below until October 17th

-Any person who does not get in off waitlist by November 10th, 2023 at 8:00 PM EST will be issued a full refund.

-No day of sign ups or changes to field will be made after November 10th, 2023 at 8:00 PM EST.

Any players who officially request to withdraw from the event before 10/31/23 will receive a 100% cash refund minus the Disc Golf Scene transaction fee. Any withdraws on or after 11/01/23 AND spot is not filled from waitlist; TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
