Refunds can be directly submitted through the registration page. Athens Disc Golf Club ([email redacted]) is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
All requests before 8am on 10/14 will receive a full refund, less a $5 processing fee and any PayPal/DiscGolfScene service fees.
All refunds requested after 8am on 10/21 will receive a full refund, less a $5 processing fee and any PayPal/DiscGolfScene service fees if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If your spot is not filled by a player on the waitlist they will receive a 50% refund (Pro divisions) or players pack (Am divisions).
