CANCELLED!!! the park texted me late last night... i was already in bed) to say the the event needed to be cancelled due to unsafe conditions on the roads and in the park. she said a transformer had blown and many power lines are down
and all power to the park was lost.

the park mngr did offer to move it to sunday but i think i would then have to run it through the pdga and mdgo not to mention how many players already had plans for sunday so i think we'll just reluctantly waive the white flag and call it a day. this has never happened in my 20 years of running events... i am so sorry.

for all those who are registered for "LIVE @ LAKE SHORE" and were reg, for frosty's as of this morning, i will still be holding the raffle between rounds at lake shore for those who were reg. for both events.

I'll push my registration to a different event in the future mark.
41 people were refunded and 14 chose to push their reg fee to one of my upcoming events. the pdga has been notified and will officially cancel the event on their end. BLAH!
i did request a call back this morning from the park mngr ronda. she just got back to me and said as of now they are still without power. she told me they are waiting for the power to be restored and to get confirmation that no live wires are on the ground .
