Player's meeting will be distributed electronically the week of the event.

Scoring
Scoring for the event will be done using PDGA digital scoring.

Tee and Basket Assignments:

Cash CTP & Ace Fund
$10 for 10 Cash CTPs - will be done during round 2 (collected at checkin)
$5 Ace Fund (collected at checkin)
If no Aces are hit during tournament play, a random draw will be held for all eligible participants with 3 winners splitting the Ace Fund. The results will be posted, and payout will be sent digitally.

Payout and Awards
Trophies to be award to division winners.
Top finishing Pros will receive payout/trophy at awards or digitally via PayPal, 1st place Amateurs will receive trophy at awards and all AMs will receive payout via vouchers from DiscGolfCenter.com.

Refund policy
This event will follow the PDGA refund policy, found in Section 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds of the Competition Manual located at https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103. NOTE: All withdrawals are subject to a $5 handling fee.

Withdrawals should be done via the Withdraw feature of DiscGolfScene.
