- Tee times for Round #1 have been posted to PDGA.com. Each player should check/verify tee time night before on PDGA.com.
- Amateur players may pick their players pack up at the completion of Round #1.
- Tee times for Round #2 will be posted to PDGA.com after completion of Round #1, prior to 8pm on Saturday, October 14th. Please note that your tee time will be during same time block as Round #1, just rearranged depending on your finish of Round #1.
- Updates will be shown in the "Pictures" & "Comments" Tabs above as well as through periodic emails with detailed information regarding layout, rules, maps, updates, etc. -

• Signup on Disc Golf Scene.com
• Signup opens on June 30th @ 7pm
• Women's and <18 Division receive a $10 discount at sign up
• IMPORTANT NOTE: If a division does not have four or more players registered, the Tournament Director reserves the right to consolidate divisions. You will be contacted if this impacts you.
< EVENT INFO >
• PDGA C-Tier Event with Pro & Amateur Divisions. Tee Time Format.
• All Divisions play 2 rounds / 18 holes per round. One on Saturday, one on Sunday.
• SoCal Disc Golf Club Series Event. Active 2023 members will receive a $5 discount
at sign up. Points count towards 2023 point series. Membership can be obtained on Disc Golf United. Go to: https://events.discgolfunited.com/disc-golf-tournaments/event-detail.cfm/tourn_id/10902
• Rounds are walking only. No golf carts. If you have a medical condition which requires use of a cart, please go through PDGA for proper approvals prior to the Tournament.
• Tee Time Format - Tee Times will start both days at 8 AM. See pictures section for Tee Time Blocks for divisions. We will utilize same blocks for both days.
• Optional Ace Pot will be offered @ $7. It will be split amongst all those that hit ACES! If not hit, the money will be donated to local animal shelter.
• All Players will receive an event sticker.
• Amateur Divisions will receive Custom Stamped Tournament Logo Legacy Disc, Dryfit T Shirt and other miscellaneous swag put together by Dreamspace.
< TEE SIGNS / PRO PURSE SPONSORSHIP >
• Tee Sign Sponsorships available at $25/sign. We are also offering custom banners for tournament central at $75/each. Sponsors may keep signs following tournament. Sponsorship proceeds will go towards Pro Purse and are non-refundable.
• Pro Purse Cash Donations are always welcome! Depending on donation amount, we
can include a banner, etc.
< AWARDS & TIE BREAKERS >
• Amateur's will be playing for trophies only.
• Pro's will be playing for cash and trophies.
• All pro divisions will be paid in cash minus the greens fee & PDGA fees will be taken out of each player's net entry.
• Trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place will be given to all division winners.
• Pro Payouts will be done within 2 days after event, electronically. Payout Table will be distributed prior to event as well as posted to PDGA website.
• Ties for First Place Trophies & Pro Cash: In the case of a tie for first place, players
will be required, per PDGA Competition Manual, Section 1.09 "Ties", to play a sudden-
death playoff.
• Playoff Hole to be utilized to break 1st place ties ONLY in ALL Divisions. Playoff will
be determined by sudden death playoff starting at a temporary Hole #19, then back to
normal Hole #18, then back to Hole #19 and so non until a winner is determined.
Cash awards for remaining Pro Division finishers shall be split per PDGA guidelines,
no playoffs other than for 1st place.
• Ties for 2nd & 3rd Place Trophies ONLY: In the case of a tie for second or third
place, players will play a tie-breaker for trophy by throwing a temporary Hole #19 near
the clubhouse.
< REIDY CREEK PERMANENT TEE SIGN FUND >
• We are applying $1/player towards the Reidy Creek Permanent Tee Sign Fund.
Currently we have approximately $900 in the fund, so hopefully after this tournament we will be 60% of the way towards our budget goal of $1,500 to make them a reality!!!
< WAITLIST >
• Waitlist fully refundable minus transaction fees.
• Once we send a waitlist invite, you have 36 hours to respond or your spot will be
forfeited to the next player in line.
< PARKING >
• Reidy Creek – First come, first serve parking lot at golf course. Overflow parking is
available across the street at Jesmond Dean Park

Refund policy
• For all Amateur's Divisions, player pack items will not be refunded after September 1, 2023. We will be able to refund fees only. Player packs will be bagged and tagged for pickup at Reidy Creek after Tournament. Unless spot is filled.
• Refunds after September 1 will be 50% (minus service fees)
• No refunds given after September 29, 2023.
