Truly sorry if already answered, Is the disc golf night at the ballpark an actual baseball game we are attending or is it a disc golf event throughout the ballpark?(as in are we throwing discs)

Mike Sullivan   June 8, 2022 at 11:14pm

It is a minor league baseball game with food included.

DJ Edward   June 9, 2022 at 1:01am

Ok thanks

Jamie Miller    June 8, 2022 at 7:43pm

When will caddy books be available?

Chris Dierkens   June 8, 2022 at 9:06pm

Nate indicates that they were wrapping them up and they should be getting final approval from the PDGA soon.

Chris Dierkens   June 8, 2022 at 9:06pm

Nate Heinold   June 9, 2022 at 1:07pm

Yes, to that.

Margaret Patterson    June 7, 2022 at 6:55pm

Has anyone tried taking a zuca cart on the plane- as checked sports equipment?

If so, please share your experience.

I have taken the wheels off my All-Terrain and fit it in a suitcase. It works just fine. You can keep it loaded with discs or pack other things in it. All said and done mine didn't weigh over 50lbs.

Nate Heinold   June 8, 2022 at 3:12am

I have successfully taken a the wheels off and put an All Terrain into a checked bag. Worked great!

A Ray   June 8, 2022 at 10:08pm

What Nate & Bryan said.

Hi, Andrew Sweeton, i am 60 and i got in off wait list to play MA55. Billy Hove is 60 and he is in the MA60 currently . i would like to play MA55 and Billy for what ever reason offered to switch divisions with me and he said he would play MA55 and i could play MA60, i figured since we both are entered and we both qualify for either division this could be possible, let us know, thanks for all you do.

Thanks Andrew for your quick response.

Anthony Faurot   June 7, 2022 at 4:32pm

to my inbox.

Trent Mcphearson    June 7, 2022 at 10:40am

Is it possible to sign up for MA55 to get on the waitlist even if I am already on the MA60 waitlist?

lol

Trent Mcphearson   June 8, 2022 at 10:00am

So much for your caddy. I'd rather beat you than caddy for you. Lol

Barry Armour   June 8, 2022 at 11:55am

Game on!

Trent Mcphearson    June 6, 2022 at 10:52am

I normally play MA60 and earned 207 points last year in that division. My rating is 866. Is it possible to sign up for MP55? I am just looking to play. I'll be there anyway it goes. I've already got a room and vacation (which I desperately need).

Try getting on the MA55 waitlist it was pretty low numbered

Anthony Faurot   June 6, 2022 at 1:06pm

i am in the MA 55 group, if for any reason anyone in MA60 wants to swap places let me know , we can see if its possible.

Anthony Faurot   June 6, 2022 at 1:14pm

looks like no one is on MA55 waitlist.

John F Brehmer    June 5, 2022 at 12:01am

I see you have 860 of 908 positions filled. Will any more MA65 positions open, if so when? I have a ABNB reserved, I can cancel by 10 June without loss of money. If there is any chance of getting in, I might be willing to chance the deposit.

Nate Heinold   June 5, 2022 at 12:25pm

More spots will not be added for any divisions, sorry!

Stephen Rodgers    June 3, 2022 at 11:13pm

Timberline is the most popular campground in the area, but Wildlife Prairie Park has camping/cabins available. Kentuckiana is also in the area. There might be more, but those are the big ones.

I rented an AirBNB for this event and had several committed people have to drop. If you haven’t set up your room and board, contact me. It is located in El Paso (about 30 mins from Preoria center). I have it rented for Sat July 9th until Sat July 16.

Also looking for lodging...posting to check availability

chris senador   June 27, 2022 at 11:56pm

Timothy I responded back to your email. Michael I sent you a message via email

Russell Mason    June 2, 2022 at 2:11pm

I don't know if anyone else has asked. But just wondering if anyone knows what the players pack consist of.

Nate Heinold   June 2, 2022 at 2:11pm

This has not been released yet.

Scott Taylor   June 2, 2022 at 3:10pm

I like a surprise myself.

Kim Brennan   June 5, 2022 at 6:39pm

It will consist of stuff. Themed stuff, typically. :)

A Ray    June 1, 2022 at 1:16pm

Will there be course previews or details about which tees by division soon? I know real caddy guides are one of the last things to publish. I'd like to trip to Peoria to practice may courses in the next couple of weeks.

Thanks!

Nate Heinold   June 1, 2022 at 1:24pm

We are hoping to have caddy guides submitted to the PDGA for final review this Friday. Hopefully should be released after that within a week.

A Ray   June 3, 2022 at 5:46pm

Thank you!

rick honn    June 1, 2022 at 11:09am

MP75 has gone down to two players. Will we be able to compete in that division with only two folks?

Andrew Sweeton   June 1, 2022 at 11:39am

Yes, two players is the minimum requirement.

Doug Payne    May 31, 2022 at 9:20am

Are carts being used for rounds at Sunset?

Sounds good. Keep me posted.

Anthony Faurot   June 7, 2022 at 4:04pm

HI Billy, Andrew said we can switch divisions, we each have to send him a email to confirm our wish to swap divisions, his email is [email redacted], thanks for your offer to change i appreciate it, i will send my email out today.

Billy Hove   June 8, 2022 at 12:58pm

I'm on it, Anthony. Good Luck, enjoy the week!

Trevor Swink    May 29, 2022 at 7:24pm

If you cannot make the checkin on Monday, due to a later flight coming in, do you have to check in or is there a place on Tuesday for checkin?

Nate Heinold   May 31, 2022 at 1:21pm

All players are required to check-in.

Trevor Swink   June 1, 2022 at 2:19pm

Ok, so where can you late check in?

Nate Heinold   June 1, 2022 at 2:38pm

The check-in times are listed on the Event Schedule on the PDGA event page. Waivers have to be signed, player packs need to be picked up, and all players need to check-in during the allotted time on the schedule.

Bobby Jones    May 29, 2022 at 12:25am

So can I be moved to MP55?

Billy Ray Osborn   May 31, 2022 at 2:24pm

That means we can finally play doubles. Yay.

Bobby Jones   May 31, 2022 at 4:13pm

Yes we should be registered.

DJ Edward    May 28, 2022 at 12:06am

Is your team able to do the app. like you did for Ledgestone last year? That was so convenient and great from a players aspect?!

Scott Taylor   May 28, 2022 at 12:24am

They sent an email recently that indicated they would have an app.

Nate Heinold   May 28, 2022 at 2:15pm

We will have an app.

DJ Edward   May 31, 2022 at 1:04am

Sweet, we as players found it very helpful and useful during ledgestone

Trent Mcphearson    May 26, 2022 at 1:23pm

I am on the waitlist and not giving up hope. I already have hotel reservations and approved vacation. I'm coming regardless of my making the cut. Is it possible to purchase tickets for the Players dinner and party? I might just be a caddy for a few of my buddies.

Nate Heinold, to clarify, a spouse (non-player/caddy) cannot accompany her husband (player) to any of the other events such as the player’s dinner, winery night, etc? Only the baseball game?

Nate Heinold   May 26, 2022 at 6:30pm

Players can only purchase additional tickets for the baseball game. Spouses or caddies can come to those other player party events, but the food is reserved for the players.

Victoria Johnson   May 26, 2022 at 6:54pm

Understood, thank you for clarifying.

Jenny Umstead    May 25, 2022 at 9:53pm

I am wondering if the overall PDGA points winners (FP40) from 2021 awards are going to be held prior to the event.

Does this also apply to the FA40 overall points winner? :)

Sherry Herzog   May 31, 2022 at 4:38pm

Wondering the same as I was the FP55 points winner

Mike Michalak   June 9, 2022 at 7:41pm

any update on an answer to this question?

Bobby Jones    May 25, 2022 at 4:31pm

Also my partner for doubles is in and it's full so what's the deal on getting a spot?

Andrew Sweeton   May 25, 2022 at 7:29pm

It is filled because we still have a bunch of players whose partners need to get sorted. I have started a waitlist. If when all is said and done, we still have space for teams we would allow non-singles registered players to participate.
