will judging on costumes be done after Saturday's round or after both rounds - we have different costumes for both days....

Team "chicken-of-the-C-tier" just realized that this is a B-tier, and would like to request a change of their name to "Plummer's Putt", thanks (it wouldn't let me edit my entry). AND, if OZ changes his team name to "Tighty Whitey", we'd like to second the courtesy violation.

If we are doing a costume / theme does that mean that the dress code requirements (it is a B not an A-tier so TD discretion is permitted I believe) are waived for this event?
Asking because some of our potential outfits will not meet those requirements

Is the course open to us for practice on Friday? I saw that there's a flex that day.

Looks like things will still be open for practice rounds. It is the nature of a private course, sometimes things do not fall fully in our control. There are not many people signed up for the flex current so I anticipate minimal interference if at all.

I just updated my registration to my buddy name as he finally got his pdga# and it charged $30. Not sure why, the only thing I was trying to do was change names, any thoughts

Any chance the mixed divisions can alternate tee shots? Make it a little more fair so the big arms don’t dominate?

What division(s) would be appropriate for a player that is 970+ and a player that is around 900?

Well that all depends, because one person is 970 and if they accepted cash they have to play MPO unless it’s a mixed team, then it would be Gold

Aside from the points Scott and Kyle have laid out, this has been run in both formats as a B/XB Tier since at least '04. I do see how this affects those of you that would not rather sign up with the PDGA each year and how that has affected this event. The folks who have voiced their concerns me ... more

I think mixed needs reworked...there are some BAGGERS in the blue! Hahahahaha. No one in the state qualifies for gold as a mixed team.

So....we get ratings for this? Why would you have to be current pdga to play. It is doubles, pdga membership is for individual ratings.

I’m with Kyle. He puts an incredible amount of time in to plan and execute tournaments for all of us. Give him some respect and either sign up for the tourney that is set up the way it should be, by the rules, or don’t.
