Welcome to 2022 Heritage Hills Revised.

Why is it called revised? It is the same Heritage Hills as in the past but there will be some changes.

The trophy trading cards process will change. I will announce that as I am more committed to how that change will happen. The Players Package will be smaller, but there will be a payout to all divisions.

We will be playing two rounds of 18 holes at Heritage Park Disc Golf Course in Olathe, Kansas. This will be a shotgun-style format.

At the time of registration opening, there are caps for each division. Those caps will be removed one week after registration opens. If you register early and the event is full, register for the waitlist.

Registration will close on September 23rd at 6pm. We will not allow anymore spots to open up after that time, even if the event is not full.

UnderPar DiscGolf Promotions is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event by September 23rd at 6pm cst will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee, disc golf scene fee, and any additional add-ons).

Once registration is closed on September 23rd, we will not allow any more spots into the event from the waitlist or standard registration, even if the event is not full.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event after registration closes until 8am on September 25th will receive a 50% cash refund (minus the disc golf scene fee, and any additional add-ons).

Any requests after 8 am on September 25th or No-Call, No-Shows will forfeit 100% of their entry fee and/or players' package.

The official way to withdraw is to select the modify link that is included in your confirmation email, or you can go to registered players above and select withdraw. An email or comment requesting to cancel is not an official way to notify staff you are unable to play.

If a player on the waitlist is unable to participate due to no available spots being created, they would receive a 100% refund, minus the $1.34 disc golf scene fee. If a spot opens open up and a player is promoted to participate in the event, then the above rules would apply.
