About this tournament
2 rounds of play
The Handeye Supply Classic is a B-tier event for both Professional and Amateur players. Participants will play 2 rounds of 18 holes. One round at Jones Supreme Short and one at Peter Pan Park.
Must be a current member of the PDGA to participate in a B-Tier.

PLAYER CHECK-IN
Players will check in at their assigned course between 7:45 AM and 8:30 AM. There will be a player meeting at your assigned course at 8:45 AM.

COURSE ASSIGNMENTS + POOLS
The field of 180 will be split into two pools of 90. Each pool will play one of the courses in the morning and the opposite in the afternoon. Pool, course, and hole assignments will become available closer to the event date.
IMPORTANT - We will adjust division numbers based on demand on Friday, September 9. For example, we will adjust division caps if we have 20 MA1s signed up with 10 more on the waitlist and 5 MA40s signed up (with room for 10 more).
SCORING
We are using the PDGA digital scoring platform for scoring. One player from each group will need to use their phone to take a score. Paper scorecards are available for backup scoring. All players on the card must confirm before submitting the score through the digital scoring platform. Each player must enter their PDGA number or name at the end of the round into the scoring application.
The ACCESS CODE for the event scoring is CLASSIC. It is not case-sensitive. To start your round with digital scoring, you must go to the link: www.pdga.com/score.
PAYOUT + AWARDS
Awards start immediately following the completion of the second round at Jones Park (tournament central).
We follow PDGA standards for payout. Am payout will be to the Dynamic Discs Retail Store (912 Commercial St) or dynamicdiscs.com, and we will pay out pros via PayPal.
The Rec and Junior Divisions are playing for trophies only. Players in these divisions will be receiving an extra $10 gift card from our retail store in their player packs.

Refund policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be made by email to [email redacted].
Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.
Participants canceling under seven days from the tournament date will receive their refund in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.
If the participant fails to contact us properly to cancel their spot before the event start, they will forfeit their entry fee for the event. We will give no player’s packages to non-competitors instead of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2022 season, it may change for specific events.
