About this tournament

Open divisions will be paid out in cash based on PDGA guidelines.

AMs will be paid in CPL store script using the PDGA guidelines.

This year we have decreased the number of players spots available and increased the time between tee times to make this an enjoyable experience for all!

This is a C-Tier sanctioned event. All PDGA rules and regulations will be adhered to during the event. That being said, this is a BIRTHDAY BASH to recognize and thank all the volunteers, players, supporters, sponsors, and community who have made this course better than we could have hoped!

March 5, Saturday, tee times will be assigned based on division and be available the day after registration closes, and available on PDGA. Card preferences, if noted in your registration options, will be honored to the extent possible. Card preferences must be in the same division.

March 6, 2021 tee times will be based on division scores.

We have made multiple division options available, including a youth division. Caddy/Guardians are required for the youth and must be identified before the event. If the adult caddy is also registered, please note in your registration so tee times can be adjusted accordingly. If your junior plays and you have a later tee time, your junior can accompany you as a caddy during your round.

Divisions may be merged based on registration to meet PDGA division standards.

Complimentary snacks, bottled water, and other food and drink items will be available during your round.

Custom Event stamped discs, t-shirts, patches, and other merchandise to support future events will be available for purchase at the event.

In the event of cancellation beyond our control due to restrictions regarding public health/state policies, the event will be rescheduled. No refunds will be provided. You are welcome to "sell" your spot to another player if you cannot attend the event.

Refund policy

El Dorado Disc Sports is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
If unable to hold tournament due to restrictions, changes, Tier level, changes to current modified stay at home order, or any other act beyond the control of the TD, the event will be rescheduled.

No refunds for cancellation within 2 weeks of the event.
