Andrew, do you know when we can expect the tee times to be posted?

Please note the refund policy for this event: "If your spot is taken by someone on the waitlist, you will receive a full refund. If there is no one on the waitlist, you will receive a 50% refund up until registration closes at 8pm on 12/1, and a 25% refund (or your player's pack) after that time."

Due to recent dropouts, I have just changed the Waitlist to go by pools instead of divisions. If someone drops from a division, the spot will go to the first person on the Waitlist *i ... more

Why do some divisions have multiple waitlist #1’s?

Kevin McFarland   December 2, 2022 at 6:11pm

Yeah I'm generally confused about how the waitlist has changed multiple times in the past 36 hours. Need some clarity to decide if I should show up tomorrow morning in case the rain drives anybody away.

Tyler Crowder   December 2, 2022 at 7:13pm

My thoughts exactly Kevin...

Just confirming, this is a rain or shine event?

absolutely! i'm adjusting the design a bit to make it more playable in wet weather. and putting out more turf tee pads to help with the footing.

Leonard Muise   December 1, 2022 at 4:49am

also, my mobile store will be moving indoors at the course. which will be a nice situation -- warm and dry, right next to the grill and beers on tap.

Clayton hensley   December 1, 2022 at 7:21pm

Awesome, thanks Leonard!

Geoff Goss    November 27, 2022 at 3:30am

Any chance we can get a sense of when the divisions will tee off for planning purposes? I am MA3, so I expect ill be very early, but I wanna make sure =)

Currently looking like: MA2, MA3, FPO, FA2, FA1/MJ15, MA50, MA40, MA1, MP50, MP40, MPO

Geoff Goss   November 27, 2022 at 5:21am

figured something like that, thanks!

Matthew Freiberg   December 1, 2022 at 7:57pm

Do you all know when we will have the player specific tee times?

Josh Richards    November 26, 2022 at 5:04pm

Hey y’all, Josh here. Just wondering when we’ll know if we get in for 12/3 or not and how the refund works if we don’t get in? Thanks and talk soon.

We are doing waitlists by division. If there is a drop, the spot will go to the first player on the waitlist. Refunds will be given to all who don't get in.

Josh Richards   November 26, 2022 at 5:20pm

Awesome that’s for the info. Hope to get in!

Andrew Rothschild    November 23, 2022 at 10:53pm

Divisional caps have now been adjusted. We currently have space for one FA1 player, please let your friends know!

Divisional caps have now been set. Adjustments will be made based on demand, but the caps will stay as is until at least 11/22.

Will there be two rounds?

Leonard Muise   November 6, 2022 at 6:18am

Only one round. Not enough daylight to have two rounds unless we cut the field in half.

Andrew Rothschild   November 8, 2022 at 4:14am

Hi Chris. There will not be two rounds, but it's worth noting that we're planning a glow event for after the round, and Oyster Bay down the road will have the final round of their PDGA League, so you could definitely have two rated rounds in a day if you wanted to.
