2021 Utah Open Driven by Innova

The 2021 Utah Open Driven by Innova, will be held June 11th - 13th. This will be a PDGA World Disc Golf Championships preview as both courses will be set up in the same format as this year's PDGA Pro World Disc Golf Championships. All refund requests will be processed by Team Utah Open and will be granted as follows. If received more than 28 days before the event 100% of your registration fee will be refunded minus any processing fees. 28-15 days before the event you will receive 50% of your registration fee minus any processing fees. 14 days or less no refund will be granted, amateur players will receive their player pack, player is responsible for shipping of player pack or for making arrangements for local pick up.
