About this tournament
We can't wait to see everybody at the 2021 Rally In The Valley B-tier tournament at Alcantra! Hosted and sponsored by MSDGA. https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/53580
B-tier with a cool $1000 added cash for the pro divisions!
Registration will be capped at 72 players. If there are still openings we will accept entries day of the tournament until 10:30am sharp. This is be a first come first serve!
UPDATE: We have already got 72 registrants (a 73rd snuck under the wire before the waitlist got fully setup). We have reopened registration for the waitlist, as some may drop out.
We will be using PDGA live scoring for this tournament.
This is a 3 round tournament, with a final 9 for the top 4 finishers in each division for all divisions with at least 4 players. Any 3 player divisions will still have a Final 9.
Check in starts at 10:00am, where Ams can receive their player's packs.
Additional player's packs will be available for purchase:
Pro divisions @ $40 for 1st pack (pros will not receive a players pack with entry fee)
All others @ $60
There will be a practice basket and driving range on site!
Saturday morning will start with a players meeting and all players are strongly encouraged to attend. This will be followed by a shotgun start off the short pins (18 holes).
A 1hr lunch break will start after all players finish the 1st round. There will be lunches available on site for players no charge but would much appreciate tips/donations!
After lunch we will continue with round 2. This is also a shotgun start, to the long pins this time (18 holes).
Sunday morning will be a shotgun start off the long pins with 3 additional holes added, for a total of 21.
The final 9 for all divisions (holes 1-9) will start shortly after all players have finished the 3rd round.
When the final 9 is finished, there will be ring of fire, and a long drive distance competition.
The tournament will conclude with an awards ceremony.
All proceeds from this tournament, after pay out, will go directly to the new Alcantra expansion.
This will be a trophy only event for the top 4 players in each division in which there are four entrants. Smaller divisions will have a first prize.
