“The 2021 PFD Presents: A Tournament Series” is a series of single division, single day events. The first in the series is Novice (“Most Fun Wins”). This MA4/FA4 only tournament is open to all males with a PDGA rating of <850, females with a PDGA rating of <725, and all unrated players. If you are unrated and not sure which division you belong in, there is a guideline on PDGA.com. https://www.pdga.com/divisions
We will be playing 2 rounds at Deer Lakes DGC from the red tees. All participants will receive one custom stamped Dynamic Discs/Latitude 64 disc and a USA/union made Zero Disc Golf t-shirt from Commonwealth Press, both designed by local artist Seth Moritz & TD Jesse Holeczy. There will also be awards for the top competitors & CTP prizes, including Dynamic Discs backpack bags, t-shirts, hats, disc retrievers, and discs.
This is the perfect event to get your feet wet if you are new to tournaments or new to disc golf altogether. “The one who has the most fun wins”- Steady Ed Headrick (PDGA #001- the inventor of disc golf)
