I would suggest that perhaps if you are the Grand Prize winner and your "caddy" does not appear to actually be your caddy, you will not be the Grand Prize winner come Sunday...

MAY PDGA RATINGS UPDATE: Due to the event selling out and a full 50 on the Wait List, the staff and PDGA have discussed suspending the remainder of the invitations. There is no need to continue inviting players to a sold out event. In addition, the 2022 USADGC Qualifying Process will be revisited after the 2021 event has concluded and we will post it on the USADGC.com website as soon as it is approved.
To date, we have 37 players on the wait list and have issued 20 refunds already. If you are on the wait list, please follow the event and your email closely in the next few weeks.
John Minicuci Sticky April 22, 2021 at 2:54am
Thank you all for registering for the wait list. We are working on a post addressing the refund policy for all wait list players as the event nears. It will be posted here in the Comments.
As refunds get processed and wait list spots open, feel free to sign up when space becomes available if you are not already on the wait list.

Tip for those from other states: Skip the park entrance toll booth lines and come in through dirt Buno Rd. Don't miss your tee time!
I've heard of backup reports on the entrances of 30-60minutes on the weekend. The booth by the course (hole 6/7) will likely be open so it's not a free pass too get in still, but much shorter line.

Can caddies bring a dog on a leash? We have a husky that is well-behaved on a leash, has no interest in chasing discs, and never makes a sound. All I found was that animals are not allowed to be used as a carrying device.
PDGA Rule 3.01.D is where you need to look. Dogs will not be allowed.

I just got a ma1 victory at summer solstice 2021 on 6/06/2021 is my berth delayed until next year?
It wasn’t. That is my point. He don’t need to call anyone or anything. It will just carry over.
Okay I just wanted to make sure it's going to carry over :) thanks guys

Will the course be closed for practice rounds during the Beat the Beast?
No. Both can easily be going on at the same time as the course is closed for only the players.
Kris Woody June 7, 2021 at 8:27pm
Is there traditionally last minute dropouts? Currently sitting #3 on the waitlist wondering if I still have a chance of playing the tournament. Also when is the cutoff for waitlist players to get in? Thank you
Thank you for the heads up that moves me to#1 now sorry you can’t make it. Hope all is well
Brad Brinker June 7, 2021 at 6:50pm
will the layout for the event be longs only? or a mix of longs and shorts like the past am events?
The 2021 USADGC layout will be as follows: All long tee pads except hole 17.
Benjamin McMullen June 7, 2021 at 2:15pm
Is there a Udisc layout to look at? Is it the 2021 MPO layout but short tee on 17?
We do not utilize UDisc so there is nothing official on that platform.

If we cannot make it to the meeting/dinner Thursday night, can we check in and get player’s package at the course on Friday?
Thank You
Mark I won’t be able to make it on Thursday, is there any way I can send you guys a picture or something so I can get my pic on the buzzz??
We are not offering that as an option. You must check in on Thursday or come to the meeting.
Ben Picard June 6, 2021 at 10:01pm
Will players on the waitlist be allowed practice along with the rest of the field? Will caddies/spectators need to pay an extra fee besides the $10 daily? Thanks!
Yes. Waitlist players and their caddies can play. There are no other fees to enter and watch.
Zach Sholty June 5, 2021 at 6:27pm
Will there be any type of in person players meeting? If not will there be a place for check in? Don't see any info in the description or I missed it somehow haha. Thanks!
What about hole assignments? Will those be posted Thursday? And will it be a hole assignment or a tee time? Forgive the noob questions but this is my first major haha
