Why does ma1 not show, but says 1 has registered

I think it's someone who sponsored but Chad Sullivan will let you know for sure! He's the man!

Chad Sullivan   June 23, 2021 at 3:05am

It is an ma1 slot for a sponsors exemption. It will be filled at a later date.

Are you guys doing bags again

We will be releasing the details on the AM player gifts throughout the summer. They will be badass, we never disappoint in that category!

Bags like last year are unlikely, switching it up for sure. It’ll be sweet!

Tim Turner   June 23, 2021 at 11:44am

Bummer, most people sign up because the bags are amazing

Chad Sullivan   June 25, 2021 at 10:46am

Bummer, I think most people signed up for the awesome event. I may be wrong though…

Chad Sullivan    June 18, 2021 at 11:13pm

It is a three day, three round event for all pools in 2021. It will be a tee time start for all pools as well.

After huge popular demand we have added MP40 and FP40 divisions as well!

So all divisions will be playing one round a day? Friday Saturday Sunday? Or just a pool like last year? Just curious to know if I would need to take Friday off work in the B pool?

Hey Chad. Got a quick question. How can a ladies that is classified as a pro and have winnings over $3,000 be registered in fa1. Just wondering thanks

Aaron nailed it there, the PDGA ratings and divisions allow for the player to compete in FA1 regardless of Professional winnings.

It is weird. My wife found out the hard way when trying to play a doubles tournament with a true AM player earlier this year.

Erich Partee   June 18, 2021 at 3:03pm

by all means not trying to be an asshat was just really curious. thanks guys

Last year you had MA-50 and us 50 year old's had a great time competing with each other. I'm a little disappointed that I do not see it offered this year. Will there NOT be an MA-50 Div?

That is correct, we will not be offering multiple age restricted divisions this year. We have more than doubled the women's field from 2020 and had to make room somewhere. Sorry for to disappoint there, but we do feel the MA40 division offers a similar experience to cover that base

Evan R Fitzgerald   June 18, 2021 at 3:39pm

Chad, I applaud your efforts with getting more women to sign up for the event, I think early signup is a model that more events should follow. Count me as disappointed on the MA50 as well. As a 50+ who has played in the MA40 and MA50, it isn't as similar an experience as you may think. I under ... more

Is MA1 and MPO intentionally the same minimum player rating? Or a typo? Just curious

Chad Sullivan   June 17, 2021 at 4:30pm

It is a minimum player rating for the field, not just any specific division.

Just trying to get a feel for this. Tee times means one round a day? Three days means three rounds? Two pools means two courses being played? I hope to make it. I've heard a lot of good about it.

You hit a home run! Nailed it. Three days/three rounds, two course rotation

Craig Wrenn    June 11, 2021 at 12:50pm

What is the cap on the male am age protected division and are tee times being used? Thank you.

Chad Sullivan   June 11, 2021 at 1:11pm

Tee times 100%, caps will be established once the Women's early registrations settle this week.

Why are PDGA memberships required. I’m not a member and didn’t plan on becoming one. Just like to compete

I messaged Sulli about this as well, still waiting on response

Chad Sullivan   June 1, 2021 at 1:54am

There will be limited age restricted divisions in 2021.

Donnie Hart   June 6, 2021 at 2:38pm

Was a little worried that my favorite tourney wasn't going to have age protected divisions
