About this tournament
1 round of play
REGISTRATION: You must register by May 22 to guarantee your player pack. Those who register by May 22 will be able to pick up your player packs as soon as they arrive from my house.
FORMAT:
TEE TIMES from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must have a group of 3-4 to play. One round of 18 holes at Arlington Sportsplex. There will be NO Out of Bounds! Play it where it lies with no penalty. Players are only allowed to use the three discs provided in the player pack.
OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL ROUNDS:
After you finish your round, if you would like to attempt another round using the player pack discs, you may do so at an additional charge of $5. The individual's best score will be counted when deciding the final place of each participant in their respective divisions.
CTP HOLES:
There are currently 17 holes available for CTP prizes for $5. For every 4 people signed up, another hole will be added. So if 56 people sign up for CTPs, there will be 14 CTP holes. Winners choose a new disc from my inventory.

2nd place will receive $30 gift card.
MenC The prize for the Recreational/Novice winner will be $40 gift card.
2nd place will receive $20 gift card
Wom The prize for the Women's division winner will be $20 gift card.
2nd place will receive $10 gift card.
Jun16 The prize for the Junior under 16 winner will be $20 gift card.

Refund policy
Daniel Zich is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. No refunds after May 16th. All registered players will receive the player pack even if they cannot attend.
