USDGC Doubles Main Event is an Amateur only Doubles tournament held every year in Rock Hill, SC. This year, the main event is scheduled for October 1st through October 3rd. This event marks the beginning of the USDGC Championship week and provides qualified competitors the opportunity to play the famed Winthrop Gold course decked out in all its USDGC pageantry, as well as the Championship Layout of the technical Camp Canaan Riverbend Gold course. This is a special opportunity for any competitive golfer. To compete in the USDGC Main Event, teams must qualify through local qualifier events.

This is a USDGC Doubles qualifier event. Cost - $30 per team for AM division only..

The number of teams that can qualify for the USDGC Doubles Main Event is based on the number of teams that participate in your qualifier. The thresholds are as follows.

o 0-14 teams = 1 Team qualifies

o 15-24 teams = 2 Teams qualify

o 25+ teams = 3 Teams qualify

Refund policy

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus a $10 handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist.
- If the player’s spot is NOT filled, LLFC will provide the 50% cash refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered).
- If the player’s spot is NOT filled, LLFC will provide the 25% cash refund.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements
- or do not play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!! - PLEASE READ!!!!!

PDGA & The Flight Center REQUIRES ALL PLAYERS upon check-in to sign a COVID19 Release of Responsibility form.....If you do not sign, you do not play!!! If you do not play, under the conditions of the refund criteria in the ABOUT section, you do not qualify for a refund.

This was an issue with an event held on May 16th at Lemon Lake County Park. The conditions were confirmed by PDGA Tour Manager Andrew Sweeton & Chairman of the PDGA Rules Committee Mike Krupicka
